Pros: Riad Louaya was our first place to stay in Marocco and we have loved it! We took the bus from the Airport and walked there. It is incredible quiet even though it is cery central for exploring Marrakesch. We had help with our luggage and even got a tea when we arrived. Breakfast was very good and the room was lovely! Thank you very much:)

Fabulous Riad

Pros: Location was near enough for a short walk to all we wanted to visit. Great airport transfer for €15 Rashid made us feel very welcome and was helpful with recommendations. This Riad was peaceful away from the busy streets. The room was very clean and comfortable. The roof terrace was very relaxing

Good location, friendly staff can do a couple fixes left and right but overall enjoyable stay.

Pros: Quiet but central location close to many attractions. Very polite and accommodating staff. Room true to the pictures.

Cons: Breakfast was too carbohydrate heavy and didn’t include any vegetables or/and fruits. Door and some furniture could use a hinge maintenance.

Great place to stay

Pros: The staff were amazing. Rooms a good size, comfortable and clean. The riad was safe and secure and pretty centrally located.

Cons: The only slight downside was breakfast, which was a little basic.

Such a lovely place and so, so, so kind people!

Pros: Such a wonderful place! Pretty, calm, authentic and so peaceful! Everybody was so kind and nice! Lovely breakfast! Everything, really everything was so pleasant and unforgettable! And the mint tea at Riad Louaya was the best tea we had in whole lovely Marrakesh! Totally recommend!

Cons: Nothing. Really nothing!

Pros: Wonderful place! 👏💖😍👍 We loved the sunny and chill rooftop. We travelled in January; heating and hot shower work perfectly. Super friendly staff! Great room service: coffee machine, local shampoo and shower gel. The cleaning service was excellent. Big breakfast. Thank you❤️

NICE AND PEACEFUL ACCOMODATION

Pros: The riad was very calm and the staff very kind and available. They cleaned the room every day and one of the rwo guys helped us getting a transfer to go back to the airport in night time. They offered us the breakfast once arrived. The riad has a very peaceful terrace and is located in the heart of nord Medina, it's super recommended! And the women of the staff...I love you all! ❤️

Cons: The only bad thing is the shower without any door, so the floor gets lots of water everytime you use the shower, bit it's not a big deal
