Rose Aqua Park Hotel

Fantastic location and really lovely staff.

Pros: Fantastic location with great facilities. Really happy with our stay there. Staff were all super helpful and friendly.

Cons: There’s nothing I don’t like. I think it was great value for money.

We got engaged here so we will be returning every February! :)

Pros: We had the most special stay here. The staff, especially Islam, were incredible from start to finish and really went above and beyond for us. She even helped my boyfriend plan his proposal during our trip, which made it completely unforgettable as we got engaged here. The Italian restaurant is beautiful and they set up a private outdoor table for us with real rose petals, candles and wine which was such a thoughtful and romantic touch. The food was amazing too. Breakfast every morning was so good with omelettes made infront of you and pain au chocolats which were still hot! We ended up extending our stay more than once because we were enjoying it so much, and even when the hotel was fully booked, the manager and Islam still managed to find us a room which we were so grateful for. The rooms are lovely and we slept really well!

Cons: Absolutely nothing! Wish the waterpark was open earlier but that’s all x

Amazing stay with lovely room, great food, incredible staff and the perfect location!

Pros: The location was perfect. Max 20 mins walk from the square mosque etc. Staff were absolutely amazing! Smiles everytime we saw them. In particular, Islam was incredible. Very kind, very hospitable and always put us first. We did all inclusive and the food was amazing. Varied and tasty. Freshly made in front of us. Choice of desserts! Rooms were spacious and tidy and housekeeping was lovely especially Yasmeen. Will definitely be going back!

Cons: Nothing, everything was brilliant.

Memorable stay for my birthday

Pros: I had an amazing stay here. The staff and the guest relations manager were very cooperative and made the stay very comfortable. Awesome ambience. The food is delicious and has variety cusine at the hotel. The staff surprised me on my birthday during the stay. The Spa is reasonable for relaxing with a good service by attendants. Aqua park is enjoyable especially in summers.I would recommend this if you are looking for wholesome stay.

All the good stuff on a reasonable budget

Pros: Amazing place to stay with the family. Conveniently located close to the shopping centre and not too far from the town centre. Kids loved Aquapark and the swimming pools. Staff are absolutely amazing and special shout out to Islem she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!

Fantastic Family Getaway!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay as a family and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious—perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day. The real highlight was the aqua park! It was such a treat for all of us, with plenty of slides and splash zones to keep the kids entertained while we enjoyed some downtime. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with something for everyone. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great food, and a splash of adventure!

Cons: If we had to mention one small thing, it would be the check-in process, which felt a bit slow. It wasn’t a major issue, but after a long journey, a quicker welcome would’ve made the experience even smoother.

Islem the general manager was excellent and really helped with any issues we encountered.

Pros: Breakfast was pretty basic but can’t fault the quality of the food.

Cons: The view from the room wasn’t the best but overall can’t complain.

Pros: The staff are very kind, very nice place for a family trip, the buffet had good options, the Spa is amazing. I will surely visit again.

Cons: I would just recommend some baby changing facilities on the ground floor.
