Great trip and great location .

Pros: Was very good location right at train station . comfortable very big double bed with bath and shower . staff helpful . would recommend good value for money .

Cons: Pool was very small and cold so didn’t use . no hairdryer in room but can get one from reception . could do with tea and coffee in room . Very noisy if room facing main road constant horns beeping . you do get used to it though .

Pros: The receptionist charged us less than he should have. I tried to contact the hotel to inform them, but unfortunately I was unsuccessful.

Reception staff 1st class, breakfast staff not so good, swimmingpool poor

Pros: Reception staff was nice and helpful. No issues at all. The lady 1st night was actually very helpful and took me in without pay. They dont accept contactless and I didnt have the physical card on me. I didnt pay until last minute and noone even chased me up or questioned me over the 4 days I stayed. Very respectful. Thank you

Cons: I chose this hotel for the swimmingpool which turned out to be like a kids pool. 1.3m deep and probably 4m2 if that. It was also cold in there so I couldn't just sit there and relax as I planned. Breakfast staff wasnt the best. I asked for harira soup and they brought me barley soup instead. Didn't even tell me it was different. Good I checked with Chatgpt and chat told me this wasn't a harira soup. I also asked if I can have a harira soup and the omlet as well and was told yes, you can have both, but in the end it was just 1 item allowed in the price. Like whole Marrakesh, they tell you 1 thing to lure you in, but something else happens. Typical bait and switch

Good hotel close to Bus/Train Station

Pros: The hotel was good value for money. Only stayed overnight making it easy to catch the bus in the morning. Bus station 5 min walk. On busy main road so front rooms a bit noisy. But that's Marrakesh! Lots of places nearby to grab something to eat. Having just returned from 3 day dessert trip we were too tired to explore and eat out so picked up a KFC and took back to room. Had a good night's sleep.

Cons: Nothing. It completely met our needs.

Pros: Clean, beautiful room with good view, big bathroom

Cons: No place for parking, little bit noisy during night as the main street is next to the window

A week in marrakech.

Pros: The hotel was really clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was really spacious.

Cons: I think they could have done with having a fridge in the room.
