Pros: I unexpectedly found an amazing traditional family-run riad during my trip to Fes—it was such a wonderful surprise! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of beautiful traditional details; the housekeeping service was thoughtful and thorough, keeping everything fresh and tidy every day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous: fresh juice, homemade bread, local pancakes, jams, eggs, and authentic mint tea. The riad is also perfectly located, with convenient transportation and easy access to attractions and local markets on foot. Every detail from check-in to check-out was heartwarming and great value for money. I truly felt like I’d found a hidden gem—this is definitely the place to stay in Fes!

Convenient location

Pros: Excellent location, right next to the train station and Supratours bus station. Clean.

Cons: Ask if you can for a room at the back, overlooking the garden, as rooms overlooking the street are a little noisy.

A really convenient location, friendly staff and a super quiet room.

Pros: Convenient, clean, quiet and a great breakfast buffet.

Cons: The swimming needs to be heated.

A great place to stay

Pros: Pretty much everything really, the staff were friendly and helpful, some decent food in the bar area, very reasonably priced too. The room was a fair size with a king-size bed and a memory foam topper, the shower was good

Cons: Would have liked to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but apart from that, I can't find any fault

Comfortable for a transit stop or work visit

Pros: Clean, comfortable, and hospitable. Rooms are well equipped and I got a good night's sleep. The hotel is very close to the railway station, airport and CTM Bus terminal. Excellent location if you are arriving at or departing from Marrakech late or early as there is a 24-hour check in. I arrived late at night, so I appreciated the pick-up service from the airport. The breakfast was good. This would suit anyone coming to Marrakech for work or onward travel, rather than for tourism. Very convenient, and I will stay here again the next time I am in Marrakech.

Pros: Cental place in the heart of the city. Communicative staff. Practical, but edcuate and (was once) elegant furniture. Reasonably good breakfast.

Cons: Lack of maintenance. Duschkabine glass door almost falling. Duschkabine drainage needs maintenance.
