Pros: All good friendly staff. Didn't appreciate the voiturier mentality Need to change mentality service. sometimes tips are there sometimes it's not . Shouldn't tarnish the great work of all the staff. Not big but that's just something I felt for a nice hotel. Dedication brings good work and tips follows but when you pick and choose client to give what you are main to do as part of your work. It's disappointing. This is not for anyone to loose their job but a constructive criticism so the management get the grip on it.
