Relaxing ,

Pros: Excellent choice of teas , and fresh local produce . Omelette made to order. Fresh juices, Shwarma. A host of cakes , croissants, pattiseries etc from the bakery. Breakfast was one of the best I have known Service was excellent

Cons: Entertainment was lacking . Also for English speaking tourists there was very limited TV in that language

The Plaza is Grand

Pros: Friendly staff, good amenities and good access to the main city. Ideal for transport options including the trains and bus networks. Rooms are big and spacious and all have balconies.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Excellent & highly recommended.

Pros: The staff & service was excellent - one holiday I am not going to forget in a hurry - I highly recommend this hotel - it’s also within close proximity to the Marrakech Medina city centre - you can either walk there, or take a taxi (7mins or so for approx 50 Dirhams). Their breakfast is superb & Ayub and Charaf made us feel very much at home. Also, the staff at reception were excellent & very helpful - overall, you can’t go wrong with this hotel. Thanks guys.

Beautiful place

Pros: The place is very clean, the staff very friendly, and they allowed us to check in early. The restaurant manager, Mohame, was always helpful and willing to assist. I was delighted with everything.

It was a fantastic stay..

Pros: Everything!!! The hotel, the rooms the bed was very comfortable the bathroom, the shower all are great! The staff are very nice except for the lady who cook eggs in the morning at breakfast she was not very nice. She’s rude and rolled her eyes on me when i ask for omelet. At first she ignored me then when i asked for another one for my friend she rolled her eyes on me. But she was smiling to other guest it was just me and my friends she was rude too. I don’t know why. We were polite when we ask for the eggs😅🤷🏻‍♀️

Cons: Just the lady who cook the eggs at breakfast she was so rude too us🙁 other than that all great!👍

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to Fatima at the spa, who gave us the hammam treatment. She was absolutely amazing — professional, warm, smiling, and working wholeheartedly. She paid attention to every detail and made sure we felt relaxed and well taken care of from beginning to end. Her service was exceptional. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable hotel with great facilities in a very good location

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable, with great facilities and spacious rooms and it is only a short taxi drive from both the airport and old city. Also, it is just across the road from the main train station in Marrakech. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were always very nice too.
