Hotel Lawrence d'Arabie

Pros: When we read the reviews, we weren't sure whether to stay here. We were completely surprised. The accommodation here was wonderful. The room was safe, beautiful, clean, fragrant and comfortable. The staff at the reception were always nice and attentive! The breakfasts were absolutely exceptional ♥️. Everything was delicious, there was plenty of everything, both drinks and hot and cold food. The service was attentive and Mr. Amed was wonderful. He does his best to make sure everyone enjoys breakfast. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Not completely bad

Pros: Room and environment clean 👌 Your chef is nice and his breakfast was lovely 😊 give him a raise in salary 😄👌

Cons: Your receptionist need to be more kind to guests, talking about the tall guy at morning shift. He was not helpful at all, always talking like he was disturbed by us coming to ask him questions Get some irons for your guest, so they don’t have to go outside always to look for laundry shop to get their clothes ironed.

Pros: Location is okay but away from hustles an bustles. There is Menara Mall 20 minutes away by walk. We had a junior suit. It came with a tv and a living space. It had a fridge and a locker as well.

Cons: I found that the location was a bit silent even though it is well located in the city.

Pros: Location close to CTM bus station and about 10 mins walk to busy new town. Clean and comfortable, although firm bed and decent pillows. Good selection at breakfast and great coffee.

Cons: Bathroom dated and cramped design. Needs a refurb. But was clean.

We enjoyed our stay great nights sleep very rested. Good breakfast great value for money

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff a good breakfast and in a safe location. Plenty of food places nearby and a bar

Pros: The staff could not have been any more helpful. The rooms were spacious. It was in a safe location. Breakfast was filling.

Cons: WiFi dropped out constantly. Kitchen space had only a fridge and a few cupboards - no crockery, cutlery or glasses. Minimal channels on tv - 3. Not a 20 minute walk to the centre - clearly double this.

Good Practical Hotel near the Airport

Pros: A very practical place to stay before catching a flight back home (just 10-15min away from the airport by taxi). The hotel is pleasant and has all the basics you might need. The staff is kind and helpful (you can easily book a taxi with them for a good price). The breakfast is good and varied, with sweet and savoury options and fruit. There are restaurants and services in the hotel street, in case you don't want to go to the medina.

Cons: The hotel is a bit dated – although some things aren't that modern, the overall experience was good and comfortable. The bedroom window does not provide good sound insulation, so you can hear the airplanes passing and taking off...
