A long deserved vacation that was just perfect

Pros: Perfect atmosphere with friendly staff delicious food , Perfect Service - four seasons ! You get what you expect plus even friendlier staff than in other four seasons. Especially Ismail K. , a very kind and polite waiter with glasses at the adult pool area was extraordinary. He made our stay even better. A big thank you.

Pros: location is fantastic. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. The resort is amazing, beautiful. Breakfast had great variety, food is delicious in all restaurants in the hotel.

Cons: room design and bathroom was outdated, AC was too loud. The Ground floor room with patio that we stayed in was a bit dark and not so cosy. The hotel organised Medina-guide was a bit of a disappointment.
