Perfect riad to enjoy Marrakech

Charming location lovely staff great breakfast
Pros: Great location authentic and comfortable, lovely bedding, great breakfast The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay great
Cons: The stairs were polished concrete slippery and without handrails didn’t like at all No facility to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room Netflix didn’t work in our room but did in other rooms 🤔🙁

A boutique, atmospheric hotel tucked away in the picturesque alleys of Marrakech.
Pros: My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The property is situated in a peaceful corner of Marrakech, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, yet close enough to reach the key attractions with ease. The hotel itself enchants with its intimate atmosphere , beautiful traditional interiors and a well-kept courtyard create a perfect place to relax. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions and offer recommendations on what to see nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Breakfast was tasty and served in a pleasant, calm setting. An ideal place for anyone looking for the authentic atmosphere of Marrakech while appreciating peace and comfort. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.
Cons: From time to time, a slight sewage smell was noticeable in the room. It wasn’t very bothersome, but it may be worth the staff’s attention.Installing a siphon would likely solve the issue completely.

Great option for a city trip with extremly nice hotel staff!
Pros: We are more than happy about our choice! ThE YVES hotel is modern and nicely decorated with a good taste, featuring is a modern design with a traditional Moroccan touch - which we really like. Location of the hotel is perfect, you can really just walk to everywhere. We never took a taxi during our stay in Marrakesh. The surroundings feels safe even though its pretty central. Hotel staff were extremely nice, especially the reception Solaiman, he has been so attentive and caring, making sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. Very thankful to that! Breakfast was prepared every day fresh and it was delicious!
Cons: The only minor is - and i guess its unavoidable by all Riad - the sound proof, especially if you have neighbour guests who unfortunately were not caring if they were talking too loud or shutting the door too strong.

Absolutely recommended riad in the heart of Marrakech.
Pros: It is a no brainer 10. Very nice hotel with an absolutely cozy atmosphere, and furniture. Modern but still medina riad feeling. Excellent staff, helping in everything. They prepare your breakfast based on your requirements. You really feel like a private guest. The room and the bathroom are spacious, comfortable, with nice interior. The rooftop is relaxing. Everything is close.
Cons: The neighbourhood is not the nicest, but safe and it cannot ruin the overall experience. A bit cold, but rooms can be heated.

Top Spot in great location!

Pros: The staff is excellent. We we met at 1 AM and escorted to the riad. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were a good size and clean. I will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Marrakesh.

Nice new riad , well located
Pros: The staff is very welcoming and polite, doing the best for the client. Nice decoration of the Riad, nice terrace. Location is 5 min from Souk in a peaceful area. We had airport transport and was spot on. All support we asked from the staff we got it asap. Coffee was great
Cons: Location is a bit hard to find. The smell in the bathroom due to sewage is terrible and is not hotel fault as I understood. Our shower had no cabin and the flow of water was very low. Breakfast was minimalistic… jam and butter, croissants , pancakes and eggs. it could be more diversified with some more choices of vegetables, cheese and some meat products.
