5* all around, great stay!

Pros: If you are looking for an authentic experience with the benefits of a hotel this is the place to go! Right on the edge of the medina but still very relaxing inside. Good spa good food and great bars. 5* all around.

Cons: Nothing all was great.

Excellent hotel in a great location for visiting this colourful city.

Pros: Beautiful oasis in the middle of the city, super friendly and courteous staff.Room met all expectations which were well worth the 5 star rating. Breakfast was fine but not exceptional. We had dinner in the Indian restaurant in hotel that was very good . Bar service and poolside service could have been better. But in summer completely recommend this hotel.

Cons: Poolside service and slow bar service was slow but friendly.

Great location, but lack of attention to details

Pros: Extremely central at the edge of the Medina, but still close to a street accessible by car (only 1min walk). Nice and spacious facilities in comparison to other Riads.

Cons: Lack of attention to detail unfortunately. The staff often (but not always) does not go the extra mile, forgets about things or you simply have to wait for a long time. Room cleaning ok at best. The cherry on top that would qualify as a 5* hotel is missing.

Location and perfect stay! Book this hotel! amazing 🤩

Pros: Everything! Location right next to the square and shopping bazaar. Great staff and warm welcome by the Reception team. Beautiful hotel with 3 pools, spa and 3 restaurants. Bed was large and comfortable. Very clean Perfect stay!

Cons: We would have expected the spa pool to be free but you Have to pay 25 Euros.

Great hotel however sort out the roof top pool area resteraunt it has room for improvement.

Pros: The location, roof top sky bar, all of the pools. the staff

Cons: The restaraunt servicing the roof top bar served poor quality food and I had a hair in my salad twice. Apart from this it was my stay was excellent every where else in the hotel.

Lovely place offering a traditional vibe but with all the amenities, great ambiance, right in the Medina

Pros: The location was perfect. I loved the traditional feel of the property but also that there was everything there that you wanted. Choice of restaurant, 2 pools, lovely bar.
