Pros: - One of the best staff I’ve ever dealt with. - The employees are available 24/7 and always try to do their best. - Breakfast is very good, but it lacks variety especially since I stayed for 10 days. - The hotel is located very close to all important places in Marrakech. - The pool is clean and the water is filtered daily.
Cons: - The bathroom cleaning is not done properly. I hope the cleaning staff can be trained on the correct way to clean the toilet. - I also suggest adding extra dishes on Fridays and Mondays to bring more variety to the breakfast, especially for guests staying for extended periods.

Nice gem in the centre of Marrakech
Pros: The location, the staff and the facilities were all great and all the local shops and restaurants were all within walking distance and it's about 30mins walk to Jema El Fna square in the centre of Marrakech. Also the breakfast was included in our stay and the variety of breakfast items was really good and fresh.
Cons: There's nothing i did not like about my stay here.

HORRIBLE START, EXCELLENT FINISH
Pros: Location is great, in the new city, very modern and just 15 minutes by taxi to the Medina. Breakfast es fine, not excellent but OK and the swimming pool is super clean. Too cold in February. Staff excellent, except por single isolated cases
Cons: It was the second time we were staying at les Ambassadeurs. I'm Genius 3. Last time we werre 3 people. Everything excellent, This time the beginning was a nightmare, terrible. We were 4 people and were given (I chose) what THEY call an apartment suite. We just got a double-bed for two people and the other two friends had to sleep on those Moroccan couches that are fitted in the living-room around a table. THEY WERE LITERALLY HARD BRICKS and the chambermaid gave us linen and WE had to put them. I complained a first time and no response. Very rude attitude. The second time after these two nigjhts, talked to the receptionist ABDELLATIF who was the nicest person on earth and acte super professionally by finding a solution. We were given another rooms and this time everything EXCELLENT. so TO SUM UP horrible beginning , EXCELLENT END thanks to an understanding supportive receptionist/manager. BE SURE AND MAKE CLEAR with them what they consider an apartment suite. I HAD briefly asked for the kind of accommodation we were expecting as to how many beds etc and expressing extra wishes. NO REPLY whatsoever. WE´ll go back to les Mabassadeurs again BUT we won't fall for that apartment-suite trap again (if it's like us , it`s a big bed and the others will have to sleep on couches HARD AS A BRICK and make their own \

Nice spacious room with big beds and in a great location surrounded by late night restaurants and bars.
Pros: Location was great and comes with underground parking. Night staff on the reception was very helpful allowing us a late check out.
Cons: Swimming pool is not heated and surrounded by shade so always cold. Requested for trash to be thrown out on the first night which was not done or provided with bin bags.

Ok
Pros: 2nd time staying here different apartment. Location is fantastic. Staff are all really lovely and eager to help. Very clean. House keeping daily available.
Cons: Tap in bathroom is to small for sink makes it really awkward to do anything as water also leaks back onto unit top instead of straight down sink. Toilet seat is for wrong size toilet making it uncomfortable to use as its positioning if off. Double bed is 2 singles together. All apartments are at rear of building so view is not great.
