Appart Riad Marrakech

Pros: Ann was on hand to help with everything from transfers to showing us to breakfast. Soon after we arrived, there was an issue with the water pump, and the team wasted no time in coming over to resolve it. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the experience completely surpassed our expectations.

Cons: It felt a bit strange not having a window, but we were on the ground floor at the back, so not an issue - and probably a bonus when it gets really hot. The living room is (I think) what would have been a courtyard, so was well ventilated. For a shorter stay, it was all great. If we had been staying any longer than a week, we might have preferred something higher up.

Exceptional stay – highly recommended

Pros: We stayed at Apart Riad Marrakesh for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is completely new, very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It has two separate bedrooms upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely rooftop terrace, making it much more practical and comfortable than a standard riad room. Any small issues related to hot water were solved immediately. A special thank you to Ann, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. The location is in the Medina but in a quieter, less crowded area. The narrow alleys can be confusing at first, but after a day or two it is easy to find your way around. The Medina center is about a 15-minute walk, and all main attractions are easily accessible, while the area remains calm and peaceful compared to the busy bazaar. Overall, an excellent apartment with very welcoming hosts. We felt very comfortable here and can fully recommend this accommodation.

Cons: During winter, the walls can feel cold and the air conditioning alone may struggle to fully heat the rooms. Ann resolved this immediately by providing an additional heater. Apart from this, there were no other negative aspects of the stay.

Fantastic adventure

Pros: Overall it was a great experience. Our host Ann was most knowledgable and helpful. The experience was exactly as described by other reviews. I have asked to book again thos week however so far they are fully booked up. Ann said she would ask other riads nearby to acvommodate us. Thankyou Ann

Cons: The walk down dirty allayways. No reflection on appartment.. however we did use the dirty allayway as markers to find our way back to the appartment

Amazing apartment near the Medina for up to 4 people.

Pros: The host was amazing he picked us from the taxi and helped us to find sim cards, had a great breakfast in his Riad nearby and amenities worked as expected with the heat! Nice terrace too.

Cons: You could listen the neighbours a bit too much when talking.

Pros: Our hosts were fantastic, always ready to assist with anything we needed. They welcomed us with kindness and warmth. The apartment, while small, was charming and had everything we could ask for. The location was perfect, and we appreciated the hot water and air conditioning in both rooms. A wonderful stay overall!
