Riad Le Terracotta

I really enjoyed staying in Riad Le Terra Cotta and can’t wait to meet the staff again!

Pros: Everything, the staff is amazing and super kind. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really nice.

Cons: Nothing!

Incredible

Pros: The staff were so friendly and welcoming and are available 24/7 to resolve any issues. The breakfast included in the price was exceptional. The Riad’s Facilities are spotless.

Cons: No complaints

Pros: The location was extremely convenient and easy to get around from. The staff were amazing. Ali was incredible, approachable and helpful with tips to get around Marrakech and a map of where to go. Astou was so polite and friendly. The staff are so professional, kind and helpful. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely come back!

Pros: Easy to find, near central street. Verry good service. Clean and fresh atmosthere.

A home from home.

Pros: The staff were extremely kind and made our stay so nice. We especially want to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of Tahar, and Ali, Assetou, and Harena as well.

Cons: The only advice we would like to give is include extra hooks to hand clothes in the room/bathroom.

Wonderful oasis in a great neighborhood with the best staff

Pros: The staff are all incredible and the service is outstanding! We even got a 3-course dinner in the middle of the night when we arrived (because our flight was unfortunately very delayed) and the communication was always smooth and friendly. The breakfast on the rooftop in the spring sun was wonderful and the room very cosy. The courtyard is a real jewel and the Riad is in a very nice and vibrant neighborhood with plenty of cafés and nice dinner options. We always felt safe to walk around there and it was within easy walking distance to the Souks and the main attractions. We did not want to leave (but even then, they helped us to organise transport to our next destination). Thank you! :-)

Great place from which to explore and a little quiet haven to return to!

Pros: The team at the Riad were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the rooftop was an added bonus!

Cons: Nothing to not like for us - the only thing would be challenging is if you travel with lots of luggage as not much space for clothes and bags!

Fantastic Riad, amazing staff!

Pros: Our room was beautiful, and very clean. Loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace and the option to have breakfast up there. The highlight of the stay was the amazing staff. So tentative, welcoming and informative!

Cons: Truly, can’t think of any negatives.

Beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina with wonderful staff and delicious food!

Pros: We loved everything about the property: the location was walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the riad was beautiful inside (the photos do not do it justice), and breakfast was delicious. We could not fault anything. As two female travellers, we did not feel unsafe at any time. We will be recommending Riad Le Terracotta to friends and family, and wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

Cons: Not the riad’s fault, but there is another recently opened Airbnb with almost the same name (Dar Terracotta), so we were accidentally taken there when we arrived from the airport on our first day.
