Pros: Great location, very quiet at night so we have good night sleep everyday, clean, the bed is comfy, very nice working air condition so I can keep the humidity low in the room, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, he provides lots of information and help, the hot shower is perfect after a tired day, the terrace has a lot of sun, there is a safe so you can put valuable items, make sure to ask the receptionist about the instruction, if your room is missing sockets then you can also ask the receptionist for extra sockets

Cons: Some staff couldn’t speak english, the shower pipe is a bit stuck so water couldn’t flow but quite manageable, breakfast was nice but I wish there was more options than bread, the main hall seems a bit smaller compared to the picture

Would recommend to stay.

Good Comfortable Riad

Pros: The host was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs. He wants his clients to be comfortable and have a good time. The location was good, inside the medina, you just walk everywhere. The room was comfortable, and there was a larger common lounge area with a TV that we used. There was no working satellite TV service in the room but the host showed us how to use IPTV on the common area TV so we could get some evening news. There was a very small swimming pool, never used it though.

Cons: They show Parking and Free Parking as facilities. However, there is no parking on site. We had to park in a free public parking lot a short distance away (300-400 m) at the edge of the medina. (But not actually free with the parking attendants collecting a fee to watch it!)

Everything you need, zero complaints

Pros: Extremely welcoming and helpful host who helped us with airport transfer. Rooms and shared areas were very clean and the roof terrace was a lovely space. Only 20 minute walk to Central Souks. We had an early transfer so didn’t get to try the breakfast but Mohammed kindly arranged a bag to go.

Pros: We were welcomed by Mohamed, very nice person, for each question and request a nice response. The room was all we needed, especially a good working airco in the room and no noice!Outside our room we also used the tiny pool which was a nice to have after coming home. Breakfast was good, just what we needed. Nice experience in a Riad, middle of hectic Marakesh.
