Well appointed property- self contained and private, suits families or 3 couples. Handy location!

Pros: Location is great, the space suited our family of 5, lovely decorated, ensuite’s bathrooms for each bedroom x3- Ikram the manager was lovely and attentive- she made us breakfast everyday and welcome us with a delicious pot of mint tea and biscuits - she also organised our transfers

Cons: Living - dining area is quite dark The a/c set at 18 degrees did not cool the bedrooms at all. The water in the showers doesn’t drain fast enough so it pools under - not nice - in all the showers This happens to us in another Riad too, can be a Marrakech issue More varied breakfast would be good

Pros: Riad is in the center of the city that is accessible for many activities. Riad its self is very nicely decorated and well maintained, having nice roof where we enjoyed spending our time. Ikram, riad manager, was very friendly and supportive.

Cons: Location is not easy reaching but this is very common for Riads in that area, couple of times and u will get used to.

Pros: 10/10 Riad very is soooo nice, large and clean, close to everywhere, delicious breakfast that Ikram prepared for us. We were very well catered for. Ikram is a very nice , friendly , beautiful and caring person for everyone. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends. Thank you so much ☺️

Memorable Stay

Pros: Our stay at Riad Dar Labzar was very pleasant. Six of us had the whole Riad to ourselves to enjoy. The Riad is modern and aesthetically pleasing whilst being very comfortable and cozy. We loved relaxing and hanging out on the terrace after a long day of adventure in Marrakech. Breakfast was delicious! every morning we were served with traditional Moroccan breakfast along with Moroccan tea and coffee. I can't stress enough how accommodating Ikram was from the beginning of our stay. She gave us many valuable information that helped with our travel. She's always a WhatsApp away from any questions and always prompt with answers!. Thank you Riad Dar Labzar and Ikram for our memorable stay.

Cons: I wish there were Amlou in breakfast haha! and I wish we stayed for longer :D

Perfect stay in heart of Marrakech

Pros: Location was great, riad was super tastefully decorated, super clean, breakfast amazing. Everything has been wonderful

Cons: The shower at 2 of the bathrooms were draining very slow so there is a pond on water gathered during shower.

Must stay place in Marrakech!

Pros: The property felt so traditionally Moroccan and homely. Host was fantastic and easy going. We were served breakfast every morning and it was delicious and we had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of breads and delicacies.

Cons: No issues at all. Host was very helpful throughout our stay.

Great experience

Pros: Amazing Riad with great service. Ikram was amazing to our whole family and really went above and beyond!

Cons: Since it was winter, the place was a bit cold at night

Lovely Riad!

Pros: The Riad was beautiful! Ikram was also a lovely host, who cooked a lovely breakfast. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at the Riad. It can be a little confusing to find it at first, but this is just like any other Riad. You soon get used to the way.

Cons: The reason I’m not giving it a 10 is because the AC was not strong at all. This made it really difficult for us, especially in the extreme temperatures of 40•C heat and because of this, we were not able to sleep comfortably at night.

Pros: The riad is exactly like the photos, very clean and modern , ikram was very nice and helpful we were a group of 6 and it was a good size ,nice and private also safe. I would stay again when visiting marrakesh.

Pros: we had a very good experience staying in this property the manager ikram was very professional and all the time we were in the property we had not a single issue. only thing is you needs to be ready for 5 min walks through real Morocco life style which is ok but once you are in the property I will give 5* to all the way well pleased with it recommend to any one 🙏

Cons: only 5 min walk from the main road to the property but soon after you get use to it which is no bad.
