Lovely retreat

Pros: It's an amazing riad. Lovely staff and atmosphere.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful courtyard and rooftop

Cons: Breakfasts unchanged throughout the stay, room cleaning and bath towers ' cleanliness can be improved.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: Brilliant location most things are within walking distance. Staff are very nice and making sure you have everything you need. Riad is very well kept and our room was spacious and comfortable. Even in December the reverse AC works great so you are not cold. Nice check in with complimentary mint tea. We had breakfast in one of the rooms by the fireplace, very cozy.

Cons: Bathroom was bit dark and could use some hangers/hooks and also a clip for the curtain for privacy. Some smell from toilet but I think it’s due to old pipes or sewage system. Breakfast was ok for a start, it was a sweet traditional breakfast with juice and coffee.

Pros: Stunning space and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location fab.

Cons: The rooftop sun lounger area wasn’t really open for use.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad. The atmosphere is calm and authentic, and the design is elegant in every detail. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the whole riad felt like a peaceful oasis in the medina. A special thank you to Yassine, the manager, and the two Ayoubs for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They were always ready to help and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also highly recommend the spa, the treatments were relaxing, professional, and a perfect addition to the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true and welcoming Marrakech experience.

Perfect location, beautiful decoration, good size of the spaces, delicious breakfast and most of all the warm and friend

Pros: Everything! The location, the beautiful decoration, the size of the spaces, the planting, the breakfast and most of all the warm and friendly staff and owners. I have stayed in Marrakech many times. Some Riads either too far from centre or too close, and the size of the Riad too big or too small. This Riad was a perfect balance of everything and the staff were a real highlight balancing good service with hands off and privacy. A great experience and we will return!

Cons: No complaints at all! If I was being super critical I might consider how to use the roof space in a way to see more of the sunset as the view toward sunset is beautiful but this is about fine tuning, rather than a big problem.

Helpful staff, traditional Riad and great spa. Recommend!

Pros: Highly recommend this Riad. The staff were lovely. Really helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely and the rooms were authentic. The spa next door was stunning and we enjoyed a traditional hamam.

Cons: Slightly noisy in the evening as the rooms aren’t double glazed but we had no trouble in sleeping after long tiring days exploring.
