Pros: Excellent location and beautiful property with authentic design/architectural detailing. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The washroom / walk-in shower was beautiful with the tiling and gold hardware. Stunning views over Marrakech from the roof top. Aimad, Karim and his lovely Mother could not have been more friendly or hospitable. As a woman travelling alone - I felt safe, looked after and had a feeling of ‘home from home.’ Amazing experience overall. Thank you - I’ll be back again!

Cons: I loved everything and there was really nothing not to like!

Fantastic stay, very happy with the small spa and treatment, great value.

Pros: The riad has great staff, very friendly young people. Once we asked for a hammam and massage on a rainy day, within a couple of hours all was arranged. Loved the area as well, on the northern part of Medina.

Cons: I would use warmer colours for the interieur but maybe on a sunny day all looks warmer.

Welcoming and Comfortable Riad experience !

Pros: Aimad and his team gave us the most incredible welcome and advice during our first stay in Marrakesh. Helping us with bags, taxi even arranging a day trip with friends which was a much better value and service than the standard one all the tourists use. We will remember them! All the food they served was delicious and the room very clean, comfortable and quiet. A haven of peace in the bustle of the city (the only noise was the morning call to prayer from the local mosque which we loved!)

Beautiful, Modern Riad with Exceptional Hospitality

Pros: Riad KS & Spa is a modern riad, spotless and well maintained, with a beautiful interior design that blends comfort with traditional Moroccan style. The bathroom is finished in brass, and the shower feels very luxurious. The bed was very comfortable, and the room spacious and cool thanks to the air conditioning. There is also a small pool in the courtyard, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The riad is in a pleasant area with good restaurants that are not too touristy. The host is very friendly and attentive to detail, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to Karim, who prepared a fresh and generous breakfast that was probably the best one I had in Marrakech.

Cons: Nothing major – during prayer time the call from the mosque nearby can be quite loud, but it’s also a fascinating and atmospheric experience.

Great place to stay to explore souks & other places of interest.

Pros: Breakfast was great - plenty to eat. Location great for exploring the souks & other places of interest. Karim arranged taxis to & from the airport which was really helpful.

Clean Riad, central location

Pros: Was clean, had a nice terrace, Karim was always there

Cons: Noise insulation was not the best, but makes sense for a Riad.

Great stay

Pros: The staff is amazing and really make you feel like you are part of their family! Easy walking distance from old and new town. Would definitely recommend staying here!
