Pleasant and memorable stay. Arranging tours were easy and enjoyed very moment of our stay in Marrekech

Pros: Traditional style and close to souk, friendly people and lovely places near by to eat out. Receptionist Ismail was exceptionally friendly. He arranged airport pick up and spoke in English.

Lovely stay

Pros: We were truly impressed by the kindness and hospitality we experienced during our stay. From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Ismail was always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. His genuine warmth and professionalism made our experience even more special and comfortable. It is clear that he cares about their guests and go the extra mile to make everyone feel at home.

We truly had a wonderful time here with excellent service and a great breakfast.

Pros: Ismael gave excellent service and was always available for anything we needed. We found it simple but comfortable and the location was ideal because it was quiet and walking distance from everything.

Cons: The property is a little run down.

Pros: friendly and helpful staff, English speaking, helped us to find a petit taxi immediately when we needed and we bargained the price; location

Cons: the shower is small and the water cannot run away during shower and it floods the bathroom but not for long

Pros: It was in a quiet part of the Medina down some winding passage ways, far from the crowds of the centre. Jamal, our gracious and welcoming host made our stay very nice. The courtyard area where breakfast was served was airy and bright. Our room upstairs was comfortable and spacious.

Pros: It’s authentic and historical Riad, feels like a museum. The staff is very nice.

Cons: There are no windows besides the smalls one that open towards the interior garden.

Cozy and tasty

Pros: The building was Moroccan style with a central patio, where the breakfast takes place. Breakfast was amazing, with fruit, pastries and moroccan tea & coffee. The owner was always taking care of the guests.

Cons: Location, even if it was not in the city center, it was a nice area. The hotel was surrounded by many shops and little cafes. The bad thing was the noise, there was light and noise coming from outside.
