Amazing place in the heart of medina

Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of medina. Riad is located on a small street which makes it calm ans quiet. Personnel was very helpful from the first moment we arrived and made us feel very comfortable. Oussama helped us very much with the booking of all exercions and advices ❤️

Pros: Value for money. I like the vibe of the riad. Lovely and helpful staff.

Cons: There was a water leak in the toilet where we stayed. It’s hard to sleep in the night due to the noises from the other guests. There should be a house rule or reminder to the guest to be considerate with the other guests specially during the night.

Pros: Absolutey beautiful riad, loved the way it had been renovated and all the touches. Loved the floor in the bedroom. Person you welcomed us when we arrived, from Mauritania, was very welcoming and to boot so interesting to talk to

Cons: I thought the service from some of the staff who were working up top in the kitchen - well they seemed to have a bit of an attitude. But honestly that did not detract from a fabulous stay.

Pros: -super friendly and kind staff, always happy to help -very hospitable, offered Moroccan tea as soon as we got to the property. -breakfast everyday was delicious -very clean facilities -good facilities; large bed, large bathroom etc.

Pros: The location is excellent, and the interior of the riad is beautiful and quiet, a pleasant change from all hustle and bustle outside.

Cons: The riad cannot be reached by taxi and we weren't advised of this before our arrival. We recommend anyone coming from the airport or the train station to arrange transport with the riad in advance. A taxi can take you close, the last 800m someone will transport your luggage with a small cart, whilst you walk.

Would book this Riad again!

Pros: First of all, the service from “Mo” and “younger Mo that work the night shifts” was super!! Everyone who works there really makes it special. The Riad is new, clean and looks great. It has nice facilities with a good shower, fresh towels and a hair dryer. When you arrive, Mo will introduce you to Marrakech through the map and show you where to go and where not to go as well as places and restaurants to visit. The breakfast is also great and the location is very nice on a quiet street very close to el Fnaa (main square) and the souks. A tip is to book a taxi from the airport through the Riad, it’s very convenient to have someone pick you up at the airport. Just beware that you will be dropped off by el Fnaa, about a 10 minute walk, to the Riad. You will however get help carrying your bags to the Riad from there. Thanks again for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!
