The day was excellent, and the staff were really lovely
Pros: The staff and owner of the property are easy to connect with communicate with and assist you with any issues or troubles you have. They were attentive and very easy to communicate with.
Cons: I recommend you get an eSIM so Google Maps and your phone can work without Wi-Fi otherwise it can be hard to navigate around Morocco itself

A stunning riad, with a fantastic host and all the elements you need for an unforgettable holiday.
Pros: The Riad is stunning and Sylvie (the owner) has thought of everything, her taste is impeccable. It is definitialy a small oasis of luxury within the area. The lower pool is warmed, while the upper pool is cool which was wonderful as the weather fluctuated in temperature during our stay. The WIFI was great, airconditioning on point, the kitchen stocked with cool drinks and breafast each morning gave us a good start to each day. It is a 2 minute walk to the souk and there are several small convenience stores nearby to buy crisps and snacks (although do check the use by dates before buying!). Sylvie is a great host who arranged a wonderful trip to the desert for us with camel rides, dinner and a stunning sunset, similarly she arranged drivers for our excursions, advised us on restaurants, tours, booked onsite massages and more. We had a wonderful trip in a beautiful house with a fantastic host.
Cons: Upon arrival the Concierge meets you on a street to walk you to the Riad (about 3 streets away), so check in is a breeze; it's when you're on your own you need to pay attention! Without a map, it is difficult to find your way back to the Riad as it is not correctly pinpoined on Google Maps. I made the mistake of heading out for the day with three kids and presuming I could follow Google Maps to find my way home. Instead I ended up two streets away and going around in circles. While the local people were helpful with directions, the Riad seems to be new and nobody had heard of it. In the end I paid two boys on mopeds to find the Riad for us. My French is poor and the Riad staff don't speak English, which made it hard for us to communicate initially, until we switched to the universal language of WhatsApp.
