Riad Itrane

Superb Riad in central Marrakech with excellent facilities and staff.

Pros: Exceptionally well placed, intimate Riad, with excellent facilities. The staff were very attentive, and both breakfast and dinner were very good.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of the Medina in Marrakesh.

Pros: Riad Itrane was a fabulously traditional Riad right in the heart of the Medina. The staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in and the bedlinen was what you would expect from a five star hotel. There were lots of little ‘extras’ and the breakfasts were excellent and we didn’t need to eat lunch. I would definitely recommend Riad Itrane and will stay there again as I intend to return to Marrakesh one day.

Cons: If I’m being picky then I would have liked one bright light in the room. It was quite dark but it did have lots of side lights but one with a bright bulb would have been good.

Pros: Very helpfull and hospitable l personnel, clean room and beautiful decoration. Location in the centre of Marrakech, 300m from centre square.

Charming riad in the middle of the medina

Pros: The people at Riad Itrane went truly above and beyond, especially with our second in-house dinner, where we arrived very late due to external circumstances. Location, food, ambiance were all top notch. An oasis of well-being in the middle of the hectic medina. We'll remember the smiles of the people. In addition, the spa and hammam were also perfectly executed. Thank you so much to all of you! Will definitely recommend and would love to be back when it's warmer to enjoy the swimming pool!

Cons: The bathroom floor was quite cold (I understand it was December), so I would have benefitted from slippers, because my feet were quite cold and due to not having too many socks, it wasn't optimal. The stay was overall really good - just one night we slept very late due to a neighbouring couple who was quite noisy (tourists: please be mindful that this is a riad, and nobody wants to listen to your 2am conversations). About couple massages: there was only 1 massage bed, so they can't be taken simultaneously. For us this wasn't a problem tough :)

Pros: Nice hosts. Great location. Beautifully appointed rooms. Super comfy beds. Manon recommended some excellent restaurants to us.

Beautiful, peaceful stay

Pros: This riad is stunning. Room was comfortable and charming. Staff were lovely. We had dinner on our first night which was delicious. Good breakfast each day. I didn't care for the scrambled eggs, but the fried eggs the next day were great. Staff were happy to provide breakfast for us earlier then usual one day when we had to get to an event. Location is very handy for the main square. Really great water pressure. Very clean. Whole riad smelled wonderful.

Cons: Bathroom sink was a bit awkward so water spilled when using it to wash face.

A Great central place to stay with most of the sightseeing , restaurants and bars within walking

Pros: Quaint place with super breakfast. The staff look after your comfort and every need. The in house kittens are a joy to play with. The staff are helpful in making any reservations or bookings for restaurants , car etc

Pros: All the staff were incredibly friendly. Lovely varied breakfast. Location was perfect for stepping straight into the hustle and bustle, yet the hotel was perfectly peaceful. Would highly recommend.
