Plenty of space

Pros: Well located Riad with plenty of space. If you have lots of luggage, best to ask the host to arrange a porter.

Riad is beautiful, location unbeatable, service from Stéphanie and Bouchra was excellent

Pros: Our stay at Riad Kismet was truly perfect. The location is excellent; it's an oasis of calm in the middle of the Medina, yet just a few minutes' walk from the iconic Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The service, however, was the absolute highlight. Stéphanie is a wonderful host—incredibly welcoming, always available, and extremely helpful, especially in managing all the needs of our large family group. Bouchra was just as kind and served a delicious, fresh breakfast every morning. The Riad itself is stunning. It has been beautifully renovated with stylish Italian furniture, was impeccably clean, and features a beautiful rooftop terrace with a great view over the city. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Cons: We genuinely liked everything so much that it is difficult to pinpoint any real areas for improvement. If we had to suggest one minor thing, it would be to perhaps offer a slightly more varied breakfast (e.g., more choices of coffee or tea, or different fruits). However, this is a very small detail in what was an overall perfect stay.

Fabulous host and the perfect accommodation.

Pros: We cancelled our original Riad as we had been advised to book inside the Median and switched to Riad Kismet. It was a short walk from the main square and easy to find (after a few attempts!). Stephanie and her team could not have been more thoughtful - with short notice, breakfast was adapted for gluten free guests with omelettes, and introductions to local restaurants and details of places to visit WhatsApped through. Stephanie also booked our guide Amine, who was so good we extended our tour with him. The building was very cool (in terms of temperature and presentation) and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The rooftop terrace had great views across the city and was shaded in parts - needed as it was hot during the day.

Amazing note in Marrakesh

Pros: Stephanie was amazingly gentle! We had a lot of issues with the flights' delay and she helped us so much with taxi and reachable all day long. The Riad is so beautiful and was all for us 6. Breakfast super good highly reccomend!

Perfection

Pros: Amazing house in a perfect location just off the Djema. Beautifully furnished and deocrated. Stephanie the host is welcoming and flexible and helped us a lot with things to do (even booking us a table at Kabana- recommended)

Cons: Nothing to improve here

Stephanie and her team are wonderful, highly recommend if you want to explore Marrakech at your own pace.

Pros: Beautiful contemporary twist on a traditional property with gorgeous outdoor spaces and a central courtyard. The dining and living area was also very relaxing. Stéphanie was on hand and only a phone call away if we needed anything and was super helpful. The house was tended by Bouchra who fed us with huge Moroccan breakfasts that set us up for a days of wandering around the Medina. The location is excellent it’s just off the main square and you can easily find your bearings. This was my second trip to Marrakech and I couldn’t recommend this property more, it is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the bustle.

Cons: Only that I couldn’t stay longer

Cons: Lo único un poco más flojo fue el desayuno. Mucho pan y tortitas, pero poco que echar de relleno… De fruta solo había plátanos
