Riad Zagouda

Pros: All the staff were wonderful and helpful. They served Moroccan mint tea and biscuits as a warm welcome when we were checking in. They arranged our airport transfer smoothly and also helped us print the boarding pass for the flight. The riad itself was so beautiful. The bedroom was comfortable, mattress firmness was exactly my likeness, warm in winter, and complete with AC. The inner courtyard was serene and calming. Hot water worked well. The water pressure for shower was a bit low one time because of other usage, but the staff fixed it quickly. The location was perfect: just 10 minutes walk to the souk and the main square, but located in the quiet alley of the Medina.

Nice riad with amazing housekeeper

Pros: Nice riad with good location and friendly staff. The housekeeper was very sweet and let us do a late check in. He also gave us directions on the first day and was very helpfull. Showed us the rooftop We got a transfer from the airport. Would definitetly come back, good quality for the price Beautiful tiles everywhere

Super riad with superb pool in the center of Marrakech!

Pros: Very nice, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated riad in a good location. Wonderful (swimming)pool in patio. Highly recomend!

Pros: The staff here was incredible. Between Simmo and Dris they have all of your needs covered and were super helpful with us planning activities in the city. The breakfast was also great.

Beautiful Riad

Pros: We liked absolutely everything about our stay in Riad Zagouda. Clean and beautiful, great location. Special regards to Idris who was entertaining our kids all 3 days. He even decorated pool and garden with balloons.

Pros: We had the most incredible stay at this amazing riad! 🌟 Driss and Simmo made it extra special with their super helpful and friendly vibes. The room was spotless and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. 🍳🥐 Our two children were warmly looked after, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Can't wait to visit again!

We had a great short stay at this Riad. Simmo and his staff were particularly helpful and attentive

Pros: The location was south of the main Jermaa el Fina main square, but good for exploring all of the Medina in Marrakesh. The Riad also has a small pool which was welcome for a dip after exploring the City at the end of the day.

Pros: Simmo and the whole team were so kind and welcoming. We loved it and we will come back!

Pros: The ambience of the riad. The green tiled pool was stunning. The detail within the room etc. echoed that was seen out in the media , the artisan craftwork.

Cons: Nothing. Was perfect. water was hot and one slight little point but don’t know if available or do they provide in other riads….. a little bit of shampoo and conditioner.

Beautiful Riad, great location in old center

Pros: What a beautiful riad! And very well located. The riad is close to the main square, soukh etc. The beds are comfortable, the room and riad lovely decorated, and the breakfast good. The staff is very helpfull, and the riad is located nextdoor to a very nice restaurant. Parking for car is also very close by. We loved our stay here!

Cons: The riad was hard to find via Google Maps. Had we come from another direction it is easy to reach, but Google Maps kept trying to send us through the Medina. Go via Bad Ghmat entrance! And for us it was solved that a person off the staff came with us to our car, and helped us driving to the parking/riad. So great service!
