Incredible service from a fantastic host

Pros: The service from the staff and particularly Tarik himself exceeded expectations. They went above and beyond to meet our specific needs, we can’t give their service enough credit, it truly made the trip a more memorable experience. The traditional Riad was located perfectly in the Medina and offered a peaceful escape from the hustle of the Souks, especially the rooftop terrace which provided a private outside space to enjoy whilst making the most of the sunshine.

Pros: I travelled with my mom, and we got really good service and attention by Ali, very helpful answering questions and helping us in any way, one night we got back a little bit cold and he brought us tea. Very good breakfast and clean room. They also had extra blankets for cold nights.

Cons: The ventilation in our bathroom was not working, so we had a funny smell.

Ali the manager was so helpful and friendly. He really made our stay special.

Pros: The breakfast was a bit random. We only got mint tea on the first morning but we did get a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice everyday. We got a pancake or flat bread with jam every morning and a couple of days we got eggs. The Riad is very well located, about 3 minutes walk from the main square - Jemaa el-Fnaa.

Cons: The shower was leaking in our room.

Beautiful riad, lovely staff

Pros: The room was lovely, beautiful tiling and spacious. Breakfast was so good on the roof terrace. Staff catered to all your needs and very generous with their time. Lovely building and great location, just a 10 minute walk to the square.

Great care and attention

Pros: Safe traditional… welcoming what made it outstanding was the night manager Ali who went above and beyond… helped with our forward trip/ including bus journey and next accommodation…a decent and courteous professional.

Cons: Not signposted and difficult to find … as no road names … maybe a map could be sent with booking … as it was extremely difficult we had to trust a guide for help.
