Beautiful peaceful Riad with warm & caring staff, very highly recommended.

Pros: An oasis of calm in the heart of the city, the warm welcome and exceptional staff made the stay feel like home. The rooftop terrace was superb and was a lovely space in which to have breakfast or home cooked evening meals. Hamman & massage treatments in their private rooms were great. Location was perfect for exploring the Medina with views of the palace walls from the terrace. Most of all though, it was the warm and caring staff who delivered such a high level of service in a beautiful peaceful setting, that made the stay in Marrakech so memorable.

Cons: Nothing to dislike at all!!

Unforgettable!!!

Pros: I traveled with friends for Easter and it was my first visit to Marrakech. I have never experienced such a kind and warm attitude of the staff. The manager and the other staff treated us like family and arranged everything we needed. The location of the hotel is amazing and the breakfast on the roof top was unforgettable.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Breakfast very good. Some of the fruit could have been riper

Cons: Shower was not consistent in heat and pressure. We were offered access to another room which we did not take up.

Perfect central location in the Medina

Pros: Beautiful hospitable helpful hosts . Room was traditional beautiful Moroccan style. Great location in the medina. Very quiet at night.

Cons: Be warned that if stairs don’t like you, it has a labyrinthine network of stairs to get to your room Or up on to the roof terrace for breakfast.

Cons: I found weird that breakfast is not included and you need to pay in the property. The best piece of booking holidays online is not to pay attention to these things.

Lovely place to stay

Pros: First of all the staff… absolutely brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us… special mention to hayat and hajiba who were outstanding. The location is very good for the palaces and a short walk from the main square. Only down side ( and it’s small beer TBH)… the rooms are very dark and there is no kettle in the room, so you have to ask for tea ( and pay for it) on a morning.

Pros: Manager and staff were very friendly. Book a better room than the standard if you can , as these have seating areas. Our room was smaller, .which meant sitting on the bed when in during the day. Mind you the terrace was brilliant , colourful with birds and bees flying around made it a wuiet haven in the city. Loved our stay . Internet didn't work inside our room, but did outside the door and all common areas.

Cons: The very busy street outside at certain times of day was manic on occasions.
