Pros: Property the beauty and tradition alive in the cosy environment while still giving a spacious space with a modern element. The only caveat Was that the place was tucked away in the small alley , but not so far from the centre.
Cons: Nothing much, except abilities in a small alley .However, given the location, all the Riyads will be so.

Noos Noos was the highlight of our Morocco trip.
Pros: We had a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and polite, the location is good, the room is big enough with nice facilities and a very comfortable bed. The riad itself is amazing - done in a traditional style with nice little touches and a spacious rooftop. The place is very quiet at night. Communication with the riad was excellent.
Cons: We booked airport transfers both ways (a bit expensive but convenient). When we arrived we waited 20 minutes for the driver to show up. No issues going back - the van arrived on time. Another thing to bear in mind - there is almost no protein served for breakfast (just a bit of cream cheese). No decent coffee either but the tea is excellent.

Great Riad experience, comfortable beds and lovely staff who were happy to help
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very available and approachable. Great central old town location in the Spice souks area - as long as you are happy to walk through the souks to get to Riad.
Cons: Our pre-arranged taxi was late but only due to a flat tyre issue - would have been good to have more guidance about this though, like where to expect taxi to be when we left flight. Walking through the souk at night might not be ok with everyone. Riad does not have lift so would not be suitable for someone with difficulties with stairs.

Truly beautiful place

Absolutely fantastic
Pros: Absolutely adored our five days in this beautiful, quirky, friendly riad. The team are warm, helpful and keen to do everything possible to make your stay in Marrakech memorable. High points: being collected from the transfer taxi and guided through the spice souk to the riad (might not have found it otherwise), introduction briefing and advice with mint tea, stunning room with excellent shower (all en suite bathrooms have doors, by the way, which many riads do not), sunny terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains, superb comfortable beds, great breakfast, delicious private dinner (do book this if you can), great cooking class and in-house hammam and massage (ditto). Can't recommend Noos Noos highly enough. Our thanks to owner Laurent and team (Aimad, Hussein, Fatima and Simo especially).

Lovely big Riad. Perfect location
Pros: Loved the spacious Riad! Rooms were quite spacious. Lovely property and fantastic location! Absolutely beautiful spacious terrace!
Cons: The room furniture need to be updated. Bathroom shower was our biggest problem,water has no pressure at all and as much as we tried we couldn't mix the water properly! It's was either boiling hot or icy cold. Plus the shower head doesn't fit the holder so you just have to hold it the whole time so you cannot get a proper shower. We stayed only 3 days so I did not wash my hair as it would have been impossible to do it with a shower like this. We mentioned it the next day of our stay to the reception but it remained the same until our checkout
