Pros: Great Riad and experience. Yousuff was a lifesaver.

Pros: Location - away from centre and its noice etc but not too far out from centre

Cons: Open space Riad this is and hence no control over how cold it is at breakfast time - Alice put the A/c heater on full blast but how much can that ever warm up an open riad space? All riads have this issue

One of the best holidays with the best customer service staff.

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by the warmth Alice welcomed us when we checked in. It felt more like home away from home. The staff at Riad were super helpful and friendly- always asking if we needed anything and serving the best Moroccan mint tea in Marrakech. We were served fresh breakfast just how we wanted so couldn’t recommend it enough. Special thanks to Mohammad for all his help, tips and looking after us to make sure we had an amazing time.

Wonderful, relaxing stay with fantastic, friendly service

Pros: Myself and my partner had a fantastic stay at Riad Alice. The staff - Younes, Mouha and Alice - are so friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. We really felt like we had a home away from home, and enjoyed spending time on the terrace, having the wonderful breakfasts each morning, and getting top Marrakesh tips and advice. Treat yourself to a massage in the spa and/or sample the tagine and cous cous available - both were sublime. The Riad is in a great location near to the Badi Palace, so good restaurants, the souks and Jemaa El-Fnaa Square are all walkable.

Perfext place to stay in the middle of the old town!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at the riad! Every time we returned, we were warmly welcomed with tea and friendly conversation, which made us feel right at home. The terrace is incredible — the perfect place to relax after a long day while enjoying the delicious tajine they prepare for you. The private hammam was also an unforgettable experience. Everything about our stay was wonderful!

Beautiful place to stay that in the middle of the city centre.

Pros: We had a lovely experience staying in the riad alice. The people there are soo friendly and we made some new friends. The riad is quiet, beautifully furnished and the rooftop terrace is the best place to relax from the day and eat a delicious tajine. And to relax even more, the privat hammam combined with a massage is an great experience!!
