Pros: The location is perfect, at the end of a quiet street, but around the corner of the busy city centre. The location itself is very interesting compared to other Riad's and therefor definitely nice to experience next to more traditional Riad's in the Medina. The design is unique, and there is great art to be seen. The staff does everything they can to make your stay comfortable. The stay was very nice and quiet, while you could also socialize at breakfast with other guests if you wanted. There is a beautiful spa in the basement as well to be enjoyed if you want to book extra services.

Cons: It being a new location, the staff is still settling in their procedures, so I would recommend to just ask what you like, because everything is possible and they are motivated to serve you well.

Pros: A fantastic riad in this part of Marrakesh. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the breakfast was great, and the location couldn’t be better for me. With comfortable facilities and a warm atmosphere, it truly felt like a second home.

Wonderful Stay

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay at this boutique riad, great location with easy access yet tucked away from the busy medina. The riad itself is beautifully designed & decorated, my room was spotless, comfortable, full of character and modern comforts. The in-house spa was a true highlight offering relaxing treatments in a beautiful setting. Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended!

Cons: Perfect in every way

Pros: Le riad était super : moderne, très beau, bien placé (quelques minutes à pied de la médina) et vraiment très apaisant. Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner et tous les produits proposés chaque matin ! Nous remercions tout particulièrement Abdella et Simo pour leur bienveillance et leurs gentilles attentions tout au long du séjour 😊🥞 Nous reviendrons sans hésiter vous passer le bonjour et vous souhaitons une très bonne continuation.

Pros: Et koselig designhotell innenfor medinaen med gangavstand til det meste, både severdigheter, gode restauranter og soukene. Fin takterrasse hvor du kan nyte solnedgangen. Vi tok og også råd til hammam og massasje på hotellet. Det koster litt, men vi angret ikke på valget,

Cons: Et skilt som viser vei inn fra gaten hadde gjort seg, for hotellet og inngangen ligger skikkelig bortgjemt inne i riaden, så vi måtte lete i over et kvarter, samt ringe etter vertskapet for å finne fram. Logistikken rundt serveringen av frokosten kan forbedres, for her kom maten (som er god marokkansk frokost) stykkevis og delt i litt tilfeldig orden.

Pros: Roberta se presentó el primer día. Fue muy atenta y se puso a nuestra disposición para cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. Mohamed estaba ahí todos los días. Muy atento, servicial y amable. Buen desayuno. Completo y variado

Cons: Al baño no le llega el aire acondicionado; por lo que hay que dejar la puerta que da a la habitación abierta para que se caliente En el baño hay 2 ventanas transparentes, que dan al pasillo. Por lo que si pasa alguien cuando estás en el baño, puedes ver todo lo de dentro

Pros: La atención del personal, la comida, las instalaciones modernas y que nos hicieron sentir en casa.

High potential

Pros: Brand new riad, nicely designed and extremely clean. The staff (local guys) were absolutely kind and always available to support any need at any time.

Cons: The riad itself has a very high potential, unfortunately not very much unleashed. Missing the presence of a manager welcoming and hosting the guests, and making the atmosphere warmer (it felt like having rented a room with cleaning and breakfast service). No dedicated hair dryer in the room, had to ask for it every single time I needed. Location on Google Maps is wrong, it was a mission to find the place at our arrival in the night. It's a wonderful place, with low value for money at the moment...it requires much more attention and higher service level to justify the price paid.

Estancia perfecta

Pros: La decoración del lugar, es impresionante, todo con mucho mimo y buen gusto. Es un lugar de calma en el bullicio de Marrakech. Está de la medina pero en calles tranquilas. Todo personal ha sido atento, amable, genial. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Pros: Ho soggiornato in questo riad situato nella Medina di Marrakech e l’esperienza è stata davvero straordinaria. Diversamente dai classici riad tradizionali, questo luogo si distingue per il suo stile contemporaneo, l’eleganza e gli spazi ampi e luminosi. Ogni angolo è rifinito con grande attenzione, fondendo armoniosamente il fascino marocchino con un design moderno e ricercato. Il servizio è impeccabile: professionale, discreto e sempre presente. La spa è un autentico paradiso, perfetta per rilassarsi e ritrovare energia. Anche la proposta gastronomica è eccellente, con piatti curati e ingredienti di alta qualità. Ciò che rende questo riad davvero speciale è il fatto che funzioni anche come showroom di design e piccola galleria d’arte: ogni ambiente diventa così un viaggio estetico, dando la sensazione di essere immersi in un’opera d’arte vivente. Lo consiglio a chi desidera un soggiorno raffinato, esclusivo e fuori dal comune. Un vero tesoro nel cuore della Medina.
