Very helpful hosts, good location.

Pros: Central location, staff very friendly, let us check out late and store our bags for our late flight. Very helpful, showed us where to get local buses from. Nice and quiet. Location just outside Medina, close to Bahia Palace.

Amazing

Pros: It looked beautiful. The staff packed us breakfast for the morning because we had early excursions. The facilities were amazing and beautiful too.

Not the best location but great price/ quality rate

Pros: Very nice staff. A bit hard to communicate Im English but they made the effort. Nice room. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Tips where to eat and good directions how to move around the Riad. Kept our bags until we had to leave to the airport.

Cons: Located on a residential area. A bit 'desert' at night to get to the center.

Pros: Had a fabulous stay. Spacious room for the 4 of us and excellent breakfast. Easy to find and staff attentive. Great value

One of the best Customer service experience

Pros: One the best service so far, very comforting place, oasis in itself, was upgraded for free, mosaic tiles everywhere impressed me …. Delicious breakfast, Saeed, the chef, serviceman, receptionist…. Was very nice and helpful …. As it’s a riad near town centre hence parking is paid separately at a nearby parking place. Overall we loved every bit of this place.
