A Charming Stay in the Heart of Marrakech

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Riad Puchka in Marrakech. The riad is beautifully decorated and welcoming, with a great central location in the Medina. The staff made everything easy, offering airport transfers and organizing excursions. Mint tea was available at all hours, and breakfast was excellent. A perfect blend of Moroccan charm and top-notch service — highly recommended!

Pros: The property was beautiful set around a large communal area with a central pool.

Cons: Thankfully someone came to meet us as it wasn’t the easiest of locations to find within the Medina.

Beautiful decor, real traditional feel.

Pros: Nice Riad, close to the edge of the medina. Bit hidden but the staff are super helpful, Zachary was particularly helpful during our short stay but all the staff were nice. Thank you.

Cons: Personally I wouldn't have felt too comfortable using the pool as it is in the main foyer, but it is a lovely touch and would be amazing in the hot summer months. It would have been nice to have not been a handheld shower faucet, but this is minor for me however may be important to others, despite this the water pressure was amazing☺️

A gem of a find in the Medina

Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were helpful in arranging taxis and ensuring we knew how to get back to the Riad. The location was central to most of the key highlights if the city and most were within walking distance. Even though the medina is noisy, the road was quiet though you will hear the call to prayer clearly. Our room was on the rooftop, it was spacious and clean.

Pros: Breakfast was substantial and enjoyable in a nice setting around the pool. Service very good. Location was great, only a 10 minute walk to the souks.

Pros: This Riad was absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing first trip to Marrakech. The staff were wonderful, especially Ibrahim and he arranged two brilliant trips. We spent one afternoon and evening in the desert on quad bikes and camels, with an evening meal and entertainment. Our kids (5 & 8) loved the camel ride at sunset. We also had a great day on a walking tour with Syed, seeing all the sights. It was a special birthday for my Mother in Law and the staff decorated her room and gave her a gorgeous cake. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance.

An authentic riad

Pros: Such an authentic feel of a riad. Lovely kind helpful staff. In an interesting location, short walk into the medina. Excellent breakfast. I am a solo female traveller, older, always felt safe.

Cons: I liked everything.

Beautiful oasis in the medina

Pros: The deluxe suite was gorgeous. AC was a saviour. The design, decor, and furnishings of the whole place were beautiful. The staff went way above and beyond for us.

Cons: It is very hard to find, so get specific directions before you arrive. Once found however, it is very worthwhile. And don't ask a local to direct you to it 😁
