Pros: Our stay in riad Luciano was honestly nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The riad itself is absolutely gorgeous, so well maintained and beautifully designed. Everywhere felt thoughtfully curated, and the atmosphere was peaceful and warm! The breakfast each morning was such a highlight. There were different variations every day, which made it feel special and exciting, everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the impeccable service. The team went above and beyond in every possible way. Ismail and his colleagues were absolutely amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made my birthday incredibly special, which meant so much to me. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed.

Great place, great service. Breakfast is excellent

Pros: We had a great experience at the Riad. They have all the attention and care for customers. Their breakfast is the best way to start the day, great selection of food and local produce, plus option of fresh cooked omelette. The rooms and bathroom was perfect.

Cons: Only minor issue is the pillow, a better selection of pillow would have been appreciated. Was the only uncomfortable part of the sleep. Would have been nice if other than massage they would have had sauna or similar.

A perfect place with wonderful staff, great owner!

Pros: The breakfast was perfect and caters to all pallets. Some lovely different types of bread, fruit and cakes were served to give you the energy to explore marrakech.

Perfect Riad in Marrakech

Pros: Very stylish and quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and even gave us a bigger room for free. Also the breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect.

Gorgeous stay in a beautiful riad

Pros: Beautiful riad in a great location. Lovely attention to detail. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Couldn't fault anything! The riad is a little oasis amidst the busy medina.

Cons: Some noise from nearby building work but it didn't really affect us.

Pros: Great place to stay , great location and the staff could't do enough for you even before we got there helping us book activities and restaurants . Would highly recommend Riad Luciano.

A true Moroccan experience!

Pros: We loved everything, especially the rooftop terrace where we could sip mint tea and enjoy the sunshine. All the staff were incredible and could not have been kinder and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. Clean bedroom and bathroom always with a wonderful breakfast spread each morning. A big thanks to Ishmael in particular who made us feel so welcome and treated us with such care and attention. Staff even offered to walk us to the taxi rank, or to places when it was late at night if we were unsure.

So glad I found this glorious hotel

Pros: Very central Tranquil when inside the doors Attentive staff Small and personal hotel Lovely room Exceptionally clean Great breakfast Lovely flavours in the evening meals

Cons: Building work next door. During our Hamman there was constant banging. Outside of the hotels control but disappointing when a very expensive treatment. Lots of flies which seem related to lots of cat poo in neighbouring properties - again out of hotel control

Perfect riad with super staff

Pros: Location was right in the heart of the Media. Easy to find if you make sure you take the help of the riad team to meet you.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t not like - would have been useful to have a full length mirror in the room and water left in your room each day . You receive one bottle on arrival and it doesn’t get replaced
