Beautiful riad

Pros: The riad was beautiful. We were on the first floor and so had sufficient privacy… some rooms were directly off the eating area on the ground floor. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The bath and shower were great and the big fluffy towels, bathrobe and slippers were lovely. The toiletries were gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were wonderful.

Pros: The food (tea, breakfast and dinner) is good. The massage is comfortable. The staff is nice! Thank you for everything:) The Riad is 5 minutes walk from Bab Aylan. The location of Google map is not accurate. I’d recommend to contact the Riad in advance.

Pros: We were struck by the beauty of this place and the wonderful hospitality towards its guests! It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen! The location in the Medina is very convenient, with a 24-hour parking nearby! I will definitely return here again!

Beautiful riad with an exceptional concierge.

Pros: Palazzo Montefiore is a beautiful space. We were looked after by the concierge Hamza so well. The breakfast was very nice.

Pros: We stayed for one week in December, when we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional, the room was spotless, clean, with a comfortable, bed. The Location is a little bit out the way which means a long walk or a taxi drive to go any where, but we thought the Riad was worth it. Riad Palazzo Montefiore was beautiful, clean and modern, it had a relaxing spa with a quiet rooftop.

Beautiful riad with exceptional service.

Pros: Lovely property, beautiful rooms and the staff were exceptional. We did a cooking course with them and it was wonderful.

Cons: It’s a little out of the way of the centre of the medina, but because it’s close to Bab Aylan gateway you are close for taxis and tour pick ups.

Pros: My friend and I had an incredible stay at the riad - the staff were very accommodating and welcoming, and the riad was beautiful. I personally had an issue with a lost suitcase when I landed in Marrakech, and the staff were so incredibly kind to do the best they could to resolve this. As the riad was relatively new, everything was very clean and we were very happy with our room as well. The breakfast was also very satisfying and was the perfect way to start the morning. I would definitely recommend this riad to other visitors and we will certainly be back next time we visit Marrakech.

Cons: Everything was perfect - if I'm being picky, maybe more fruit options for breakfast.

A peaceful haven in the busy medina of Marrakech. An excellent place to stay!

Pros: What a super stay we had. From the outset Omar, Youssef and Hamza went the extra mile to ensure that we had a fantastic stay in Marrakech. They were full of super recommendations for restaurants and trips and checked ahead to see if there were places available. When we were back after a long day in the city they were there with refreshing mint tea. The riad was a peaceful sanctuary after the hustle and bustle of the medina. The riad looked like it had been recently renovated and everything was done to such a high standard. It was impeccably clean and the rooms really comfy. Our junior suite had a small balcony facing into the inner courtyard and if you wanted sun you could sit on the roof terrace. Breakfast was lovely too, with fresh fruit and juice, eggs of your choice and a selection of local breads. Highly recommended!

Cons: Everything was super - in terms of location - Palazzo Montefiore is close to the Bab Aylen city gate just inside the medina. It is a 30 minute walk to the main square so pack your comfy shoes and be prepared to do lots of steps. The walk was enjoyable though and gave a real feel for the hustle and bustle of city life - as lived by the locals.
