Great friendly Riad

Pros: Very friendly staff, very attentive, making sure we had all we needed for the stay. The Riad is beautiful and in a very quiet location, only a short walk from the drop off point at the city wall - recommend you use the hotel's airport transfer, as staff take you from the drop off point through the streets to the Riad. It is excellent value. Excellent choice of local food for breakfast each day and offers to make extra items. Great views from the terraced areas to see the wonderful snow covered Atlas Mountains and across the city to the Koutoubia.

Cons: Nothing really. It was a great place to stay,

Pros: Near the entrance of the Medina, perfectly located away from the most crowded and touristic streets of Marrakech, Riad Bijoux offers a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and Elias stands out for his efficiency and professionalism. He arranged our car rental directly from the riad on the day of our departure, making everything smooth and effortless. A warm, well-run place with service that truly makes a difference — highly recommended, especially thanks to Elias.

Cons: A suggestion I would offer is to consider upgrading the olive oil served. It currently seems to be the common mass-produced style, similar to that from the vast Spanish and Moroccan cultivations, rather than a local Moroccan artisan oil, which would elevate the experience to match the warm quality of the riad.

Pros: The riad is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. Has spacious rooms and bathrooms that are well maintained and clean. Staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are heated with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with freshly made assortment of Moroccan breads and eggs on request.

Cons: The location was really difficult to find. Even after finding it, it was a pain to lug large suitcases over dirty and winding cobbles while locals harassed us to guide us to the location for money- every time we were coming back to the rooms on all days of our stay!

Pros: Very cozy and nice Riad located on a quiet road. Only few rooms, makes it a good place to relax after a busy day in the city.

Cons: A bit tricky to get there. Got lost on the first evening, but afterwards it was fine.

A beautiful Riad run by beautiful people

Pros: The Riad was absolutely beautiful and better than we expected. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and our room had everything we could have wanted. I have stayed in many great hotels in my travels but Riad Bijoux tops them all. The jewel in the crown for us were the people who made our stay so special. A special thank you to all the staff who could not do enough for us but a special huge thank you to Hamid the owner who organised everything we asked for so perfectly. All our excursions, activities and events were arranged by Hamid and meant we could really enjoy ourselves knowing that everything was organised and arranged for us just as we wished allowing us to experience a wonderful taste of Morocco and its fantastic people and culture.

Cons: There was nothing that we disliked about the property, staff and location. We loved every minute of our stay.

Excellent

Pros: We were very happy with our stay at the riad in Marrakech. The room was clean and the shower was excellent; warm and powerful. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, although a bit more variety would be nice, for example having water or hot chocolate available as well. The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time here!

An authentic, welcoming Riad with excellent hospitality that made our Marrakech stay comfortable

Pros: We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Riad Bijoux Marrakech (13–15 September). The riad is beautifully kept, with authentic Moroccan décor and a very welcoming atmosphere. Our host was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and spotless, and breakfast each morning was fresh and plentiful. The location is excellent – close to the medina but still peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. A special thank you to our host for allowing us to stay several hours after checkout, so we could wait comfortably for our airport transfer – this really made our departure stress-free. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend Riad Bijoux to anyone visiting Marrakech, and we look forward to returning.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like – everything met or exceeded our expectations.
