Beautiful riad.
Pros: A beautifully renovated Riad, close to the main square. Very tastefully furnished. The rooms were lovely, and the bathrooms too, all exceptionally clean. A lot of time, money, and attention to detail has been invested in this accomodation. With a few small improvements it would score a 10.
Cons: We felt a few minor details let the place down. We found the beds to be very hard, one member of the group suffered back problems during our stay and thought it may be down to the beds. There was hand soap provided, but no other toiletries, I had travelled light and then had to go out and buy shower gel and shampoo. We did not use the jacuzzi as it did not feel very warm. The breakfast was plentiful but disappointingly stodgy. A few savoury items, and perhaps more healthy fruits and yoghurt could be included. It seemed to be all cakes pancakes bread and jams, with the exception of some bananas and cheese triangles. The riad was cold in the evening, we struggled to light the gas heater. Perhaps some additional blankets could be left in the closets. The locks on some of the doors were difficult to operate. All minor details with we feel if addressed this Road would definitely score a 10.

Lovely Riad
Pros: The customer service and staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond each time I had any request. When checking in, we sat down and were served delicious Moroccan mint tea and were told all the best places to go and see in the Medina. The hotel was very lovely and clean, breakfast was lovely and the location was very good if you're looking to be close to all the souks. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Staff were exceptional. Always so friendly and attentive. Room was great size for a riad and very comfortable. Excellent location for medina. Very quite even within the medina madness. I would highly recommend the airport transfer option when arriving as finding it on your own would be very difficult. Breakfast was delicious and changed options every morning. Orange juice was the best we've had!! We also had the hammam and massage option which was bliss after a day of walking through the souks. Even though we were there in winter the rooftop was beautiful and would be amazing in summer

Excellent stay in the heart of the historic medina.
Pros: It was a wonderful experience and extremely good value. I had not appreciated that breakfast would be provided and it was a really good breakfast everyday with fresh produce. Jamila was a delightful host and her colleague kept the property clean and tidy throughout. The location is good - right in the heart of the medina. Rooms were comfortable although the bed was a little stiff for our liking. The house is connected to a nearby boutique hotel. The management could not have been more helpful in making all arrangements - guides, transport etc. - and they were extremely responsive to any request for assistance.
