Perfect location and place to stay

Pros: Clean rooms, quiet, lovely breakfast, great location, staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. Spa treatment was amazing also!

Cons: We didn’t know there was no bar or alcohol served because it was Ramadan, but it wasn’t an issue.

Lovely people and great ambiance

Pros: Amazing Riad - interior and amazing hammam!!! Amazing personnel and kindness service I have ever seen!!! Mouad and Hassan know what is appreciation of guests and hands-on mentality! They helped us with everything and they ade do detail oriented! They just knew exactly what we needed and made our experience much nicer than expected - I am truly amazed and grateful!

Pros: We stayed at Riad Janate & Spa for our first visit to Morocco and Marrakech itself and had an absolutely wonderful time. Very glad we stayed here - the place is tranquil and beautiful, exceeded our expectation and part of the reason is that the staff are fantastic. A big special thank you to Mouad, Hassan and Mohammed who all made our stay for my mum, siblings and myself spectacular. Excellent hospitality, felt like home and the warmth of the people here makes all the difference. Facilities are brilliant, we used the rooftop pool, spa for hamam and massage, breakfast and dinner were all delicious and fantastic. We will definitely recommend booking here without hesitation, you will not regret. We hope to be back and stay for all future visits at this wonderful Riad with wonderful people. Thank you guys, until next time!

Pros: What a beautiful place, tranquil, serenity, and peace. Great and very attentive staff especially Moaud who went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay, and the massage lady who attended to us greatly during our spa usage.

Pros: Lovely little oasis, big contrast from the streets outside. Lovely staff who were eager to help and told us about stuff to do while visiting, and the history about the riads and Marrakech from before and now.

Pros: Fantastic riad, we loved it! Some of our friends found the bed a bit hard, but otherwise there were no complaints. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is cold, and they charge 10 euros for its use…
