Lovely Riad in a Great Location

Pros: Great location, close to all the main sites and easy walking to the main market square and sqouk. Good size Riad, lots of places to sit outside. Unfortunately, the weather was a little cool to use the pool and jacuzzi. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and ready to explain any questions about Marrakesh dos and don't. Great breakfast and set us up for the day so didn't need to eat again until the evening. We had a junior suite with balcony, nice enough size. However, not a huge amount of storage space for clothes. Although in all, a lovely stay. Would definitely go back.

Excellent service at luxurious oasis of calm and style in the heart of the Medina

Pros: Had a wonderful 5-day experience at this beautiful, stylish Riad located in the heart of the Medina. The food menu by the very skilled chef was delicious, spa treatments were excellent and the high level of service by the fantastic manager Outman and his team surpassed expectations. Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

It’s perfect, if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the medina you can’t find any better than Riad XO

Pros: From the start of our trip to the end the team at Riad XO did everything they could to ensure our stay was incredible. The Riad is beautiful, with orange blossom in the air as you enter, you are transported into a luxurious sanctuary away from the madness of the medina and every corner is beautifully thought out. There is everything you could need including a pool to cool off in and a spa to experience a traditional Hammam (which I would highly recommend) The real standout of this stay though has to be the team who work there. Every single one of them made our stay perfect. From arranging taxis, greeting us at night, providing an incredible guide to take us through the city, and just being on hand literally 24/7 with any request we had I have truly never experienced service like it. I would come back again and again. They are literally the best.

Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like.

Beautiful property, amazing service and great location!

Pros: The Riad was absolutely beautiful and we loved our room it was so spacious and located right outside the pool. The staff were the highlight of this accommodation! They booked all of our activities and taxis, escorted us to and from taxi pick ups and drop offs and spoke good English. Special shout out to Thierry who looked after us! If you’re after a Riad stay this is the one to stay at!
