Authentic Experience in the Heart of the Medina, Marrakech

Pros: Our stay was absolutely fantastic. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to Sara, who prepared our breakfast every single morning with so much kindness and attention. Everything was fresh and beautifully arranged; a perfect start to each day. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Mohamed, the manager of the riad, in person, he was constantly by our side throughout our stay. He provided us with all the information we needed, was extremely attentive to every detail, and made sure that nothing was missing. Their hospitality truly warmed our hearts. We felt completely at home, right in the heart of the Medina, within walking distance of all the important tourist attractions. We highly recommend this riad to anyone who wishes to discover the true essence of life in Marrakech. Simona and her family

Great location! Great hosts! Would go again. Will go again, I already miss it!

Pros: For context, we were a group of 7. We liked the riad, the rooms were very comfortable, with AC, and to our surprise, they even had bluetooth speakers! Each room had its own bathroom, and we had access to a kitchen. Everything was super clean and both Mohamed and Sara were amazing! After a few days, when talking to Mohamed it was like talking to a friend :). He’ll always ask if we want breakfast, when, and even went the extra mile for us, when we both had 2 extra guests and a very early breakfast. He also gave us suggestions for activities and places to go to and both him, and Sara were always available for whatever we needed. The provided driver was good, had quite some fun on the road, they even helped us with printing boarding passes. The tea was always great, the breakfast was great, we were close to quite a few places to visit, others were 15-20 min away on foot.

Cons: This might just be me, the others in the group caught on faster, but the entrance from the street, if you’re not paying attention, you can miss it. Happened to me the first days, but got some good references after and could spot it easy. Maybe a small sign on the door, or the wall next to it could make it easier for anyone.

A perfect Marrakech experience

Pros: Spacious rooms, all furnishings or other things are brand new. Access to the property is convenient and easy. It has an authentic style but all modern amenities are available. The facility manager, Muhammed, and employee Sara are like true hosts. They are friendly, helpful, and prioritize the comfort of guests. They even went out of their way to help with matters unrelated to the facility. Would I choose this facility again? Absolutely yes.

Pros: Les petits déjeuners et la localisation très centrale

Cons: Cuisine, trop petite, manque d’un salon intérieur et manque de fenêtre dans les chambres. La propreté des chambres à revoir.

Un lujazo con una relación calidad precio excelente 👌

Pros: Me encantó lo amplias, limpias y cómodas que eran las habitaciones y los baños, el personal encantador y muy atento en todo momento. Con altavoces bluetooth individuales en todas las habitaciones y wifi muy recomendable. La piscina una pasada de chula lastima que hacia fresquito y no apetecía darse un baño, en verano tiene que ser un lujo ya que todas las estancias tienen aire climatizado. Un lujazo de alojamiento 10/10.

Pros: It was very pleasant stay. The owner was very welcoming, just as the housekeeper. Great location in Medina. Very cozy riad. We recommend it.
