Pros: The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfy. The staff really looked after us, organising taxis for us any time we needed. Omar was especially helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel welcome, even sending a driver to pick us up from restaurants in the evening. The hammam massage was great, and good value.

Cons: We couldn't use the bath in the room, because we could only get enough hot water to fill a few inches of the bath... after that it would run cold. We tried several times over the week, but could never get enough hot water. It was really disappointing because we specifically booked a room with a bath.

Brilliant location, great staff, quiet and wee sanctuary in the hustle and bustle.

Pros: Location was great. A 10 min walk to the main square. To get there took you through the souks. Different routes to take. Also if you are into food, Two very good restaurants very nearby within a 5 min walk. Our room was huge and very comfy. Tucked off a wee lane even felt safe and all the local little shop owners where very friendly and felt safe.

Cons: Check in took about an hour, offered tea and shown locations On a map. Very thoughtful but actually just wanted to go and explore and get some food!

Pros: Amazing Riad, friendly staff, amazing food. Our room was O'urika, spacious and you really get the feel of Moroccan Culture. Heated pool & jacuzzi. Would definitely recomend this Riad if you want to be in the heart of Marrakech. Hardly can hear any noise from the bustling city. 10/10
