Pros: Perfect stay thanks to Ibrahim, recommend it to everyone

Great staff, great comfort, great location!

Pros: Had a really excellent stay for 2 nights! Ibrahim and the other stuff were fantastic and truly delivered. Ibrahim was very helpful, caring and informative about places to go in Marrakech. The riad was nice and clean and in a great location. It felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the busy streets of old city Marrakech. Breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. The rooftop is a beautiful area to relax in the sun, or to take a dip in the rooftop pool. I hope to visit again!

Fantastic Riad with fantastic staff. Great location.

Pros: Location was great. Just a short walk to the main square. The staff were so attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic as was the service. A special thanks to Ibrahaim for such above and beyond service. I will be back to Marrakesh and will definitely stay here again. I will also recommend this Riad to all my friends.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything was just perfect.

This Riad has a lot of charm and good taste, food is delicious, they serve a nice breakfast!

Typical modern riad

Pros: Typical modern Riad, nice tiles and decor, everything worked. Like nearly all riads noise can be a problem, but we were on the top floor so were not much affected. Staff more family than professional not really in a good way unfortunately. Location cannot be reached by car so you need to contact them to come and find you unless you're able to find your way through the cobbled medina with your bags! Two excellent restaurants (with wine) within easy walking distance!

Cons: No blackout curtains!

Lovely riad with an amazing host.

Pros: Absolutely lovely Riad. We were so warmly welcomed by Ibrahim who gave us some great recommendations and embodied Moroccan hospitality. The breakfast was so nice and the hammam a great experience!!

Cons: Room 1 is on the ground floor so it was a bit noisy! But didn’t materially affect our stay.

Pros: We had a great stay here. Our host Ibriham went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Marrakesh. Location was great and the breakfast was lovely every morning!

Amazing stay in Riad SofYan & Spa

Pros: Ibrahim is an amazing host, friendly and always smiling. It was the birthday of my friend and Ibrahim went for the extra mile. He bought a cake and surprised us in the riad with candles. The room was very clean and pretty. Thank you to Soukini for the amazing massage.

Pros: This riad is centrally located, close to the sights in the medina, but at a peaceful street, where you can rest after a busy day in Marakesh. The entire hotel and the room was clean and cosy decorated with furnitures and carpets in Moroccan style. The bed in the room was very comfortable. There is a rooftop of the riad where you can enjoy the sun and see the Atlas mountains in the distance. We were especially thankful for the helpful, friendly and smiley hotel staff. For Brahim, who helped us during our whole stay in everything and served delicious foods, tees and biscuits and for Soukaina who provided a very enjoyable massage and a hammam treatment. After the hammam, I felt like I was reborn. Thank you!

Pros: Everything! Ibrahim the manager and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, they looked after us so well and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hamam and massage at the spa were extremely professional and relaxing, breakfast was generous (I looked forward to it every morning) and they tidied our room every day which was a nice addition. It was a bit cold to enjoy the roof terrace when we went in january but the view is spectacular of the mountains Not a dislike but advice, If you do not have Internet connection or its your first time in marrakesh I recommend using the hotel pick up service from the airport as it can be difficult to find (especially at night). Ibrahim came to find us and take us to the hotel on foot :)
