Excellent stay.
Pros: Very central location in the medina. Easy to find the souk markets and surrounding areas. The host was very friendly, accommodating and helpful, with advice about the area as well as help with taxi services to and from the airport. The breakfast was lovely.
Cons: I had wanted a bath on booking.com and filtered accommodations with this as a factor to consider. Although this riad did have a bath there was no plug. I asked the host and he said there were no plugs so you couldn’t fill the bath with water. This was only a small issue but it was annoying as it was something I wanted.

Good option for staying in Marrakech’s Medina
Pros: Great location for exploring the Medina. Very helpful staff and cleaning was excellent.
Cons: We visited in the middle of what appeared an unusually cold spell in December. They only serve breakfast at the rooftop terrace, and it was too chilly for a comfortable meal. Also, having some cheese for breakfast would have been better.

A very comfortable and welcoming stay with great service and attention to detail. Despite a couple of minor issues, our
Pros: The host Youseef was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning, tasty and filling. The cleaning lady was extremely caring - she made the bed daily and even folded our socks. When a bathroom lamp didn’t work on arrival, it was fixed by the next day, which we appreciated.😊
Cons: The bedsheets could be newer and fresher. Also, there is a bird singing early every morning - nice if you’re already awake, but not ideal if you want to sleep in 😅

Wonderful welcome in a fascinating city
Pros: We loved Riad Elizabeth. Youssef, Amina and Fatima Zahra took exceptional care of us during our stay. The Road is located at the heart of the medina but is a short walk from the souks, Madrasa Ben Youssef and Jemaa el-Fnaa. Gueliz is also quite close. The Riad is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The pool and terrace make it perfect for relaxing away from the business of the medina. Breakfast was delicious and the whole building is lovely and clean.

Very very nice experience
Pros: Great location, the beds were really comfortable, the room very clean. With air conditioner, a not so small detail. Also, very very nice breakfast. Special mention for Youssef, an amazing person that helped us with everything, always with a smile on his face. Thank you!
Cons: Only small thing is there were not so many plugs on the room.

Pros: Yousef was the most polite, humble, helpful, and wonderful person I have had the pleasure to meet. He made my stay very pleasant and couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy. He gave a warm welcome with tea, a map of the area (which was helpful) and helped me to my room and made sure I was happy before settling in. The Riad was great for couples and solo travellers as it was quiet and only 15-20 minutes walk from the main square. Along the way, there is a LOT to see! I was able to come and go as I please with my own key for the building and my room. It had a nice feel to it and was comfortable with some of the features you would expect in a budget hotel. It was cleaned every day and well kept. The breakfast each day was lovely, and it was great to have a dip in the pool after a long, hot day!
Cons: The riad is not accessible by vehicles. You can get to within a 5 minute walk of it, but that's as close as you can, due it it being in the Medina. (This is the same for MANY of the riads, though, due to their central locations and is not a bad reflection on the hotel).

Pros: Yousif is the kindest soul. He helped us book a taxi from and to the airport. He helped us with luggage when we arrived and when we left. He greeted us with mint tea and gave us a map to help us navigate the madina. He also cooks delicious breakfasts upstairs on the rooftop and he's very patient he staeyd after 10am to serve us the first day as we didn't know till what time. The location is great and everything about the place is lovely with a swimming pool that daughter loved dipping her feet inside. The price is also reasonable compared to other Riads. Special thanks to the cleaning ladies also they cleaned the room perfectly when we left everyday. If we ever come back to Marrakech, and we will, this is the only place I'd stay. Yousif, shukran brother for your hospitality.
Cons: Maybe if there's a window inside but please note the rooms are designed like this I'd still give 10/10
