Would come back again in a heartbeat

Pros: Service was exceptional. Rooms were large, beds very comfortable. Good shower. The whole place was immaculate. Breakfast was very good, not varied but delicious and plentiful. The staff were endlessly helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Cons: Only a couple of minor issues. We didn’t have a great hammam experience. Also, in the room, the toilet was slightly coming off its hinges and the shower controls had a certain knack to them to get the right temperature! But these didn’t affect our stay overall.

Excellent location, nice rooftop and very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Nice dinner in house. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the food much better than the breakfast. Different chef?

Cons: The breakfast was not up to standard. The coffee was quite thin and the eggs very plain. Overall little love in the selection.

Pros: It is very authentic riad! Every corner is different, like the city is! Rooms are good! Breakfast is local, with variety

Cons: I didn’t like hamam! Whole process is so superficial, the lady who works was rough and unkind , massage was absolutely touristic

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous stay here. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. I would definitely come back. The Riad itself is beautiful and walking distance from lots of markets/souqs and restaurants.

Pros: Our stay in Riad XO was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location was fantastic, just on the outskirts of the souks and about a 15 minute walk into the main square. The decor, especially in the communal areas like the entrance corridor, reception, the courtyard and the pool and dining area were beautiful, and the smell of orange blossom everywhere in the hotel was divine. The staff, including Thierry and Outman on reception and others like Taoufik and Mehdi were really friendly and really attentive and we had really good chats and laughs with them. They couldn't do enough to help. Even when we were out of the villa, they were just a whatsapp away and helped us out with a problem with the YSL gardens where I booked the wrong day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I could talk about the Riad and staff for days as we loved our stay so much and can't wait to go back!

Cons: More hangers and storage space, perhaps more of the coat hooks they have, would be useful. The pressure of the shower was weak and the hottub wasn't working, but they were very apologetic for this and explained the situation with the electricity and heating etc. I do think this could be communicated before guests arrive (the hottub at least.) A sofa or some chairs on the sunny side of the riad on the top level would be good too, later on in the day, for the sun worshippers among us who like to have a read in the sun after a busy day in the souks :-) However these issues didn't affect our stay as the good things about Riad XO far any niggles when you are there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone staying in Marrakech.

Pros: Il riad è pulito, lo staff è gentile e disponibile per soddisfare le varie richieste. Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone con 2 bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottima anche la cucina sia colazione che pranzo/cena.

Très bon séjour

Pros: Le décor, l’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner imposé où on ne peut pas choisir ce que l’on souhaite manger.

Riad XO offers a beautiful setting, an excellent location, and exceptionally professional and attentive staff.

Cons: Nothing, really. There was construction in an adjacent building that caused a lot of noise early in the morning, but that was outside the property’s control.

Pros: Ottima accoglienza, struttura nuova appena ristrutturata. Colazione varia con possibilità di bere tè marocchino preparato sul momento. Piccola piscina per rinfrescarsi dal caldo marocchino e staff sempre disponibile e accogliente
