Perfect retreat with a toddler to allow you to experience Marrakesh and keep them entertained

Pros: Absolutely everything. Travelling with a toddler made easy because after a day of busy souks this was the perfect place to escape and relax. The kids club was the best place ever, the team were incredible and my daughter would keep asking to go back. The farm, the activities, the level of coordination all contributed to her having such a memorable and cultural experience. This also allowed us time to relax together, enjoy the fantastic hammam and soak in our surroundings. Additionally a regular shuttle service to the medina allowed us to move around with ease. The food options here were wonderful, Iv never actually been to an all inclusive resort where I loved the food. The night time tagines were delicious and even the pool bar snacks were delicious and perfect for an early dinner for my toddler. Outside of the resort there is a little desert area for camel rides and morning walks. I actually can’t wait to go again! The team were so lovely, especially Kamel, Esme and Zouhair.

Cons: More evening entertainment would make this place even more perfect.

Like the personal very friendly and helpful

Pros: The guest house Mr zouhir chlih was very helpful and friendly. He helped us to discover the city, to have the best plan. He was always reachable on WhatsApp and pay a lot of attention to our comfort. He is professional, serious and extremely helpful.

Cons: The room is far from the lobby. Hotel is outside the city

Luxury hotel with great hospitality , Thankyou Zouhair

Pros: Very welcoming, Zouhair is such a nice person and keep checking upon us if we need something!! Thankyou for the amazing stay.

Cons: A bit far from the city, but they have busses goes to city center and airport

Beautiful property with outstanding facilities although location a little out of the way.

Pros: The cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities was outstanding. The gym was air conditioned and very modern

Cons: Some of the staff were not particularly friendly. I felt like an inconvenience when. Interacting with some of them.

Great family holiday

Restful and enjoyable stay!

Pros: The place is beautiful. The food was very good in all restaurants/room service/pool service. The staff was very kind and helpful. The wifi was very good. The pool was great and never too busy. As there is an adult pool too, guests were spread out on two sites.

Cons: It’s just a couple of things really, but first the coffee at breakfast was really awful… They have these big coffee machines and it makes the worst coffee. Nescafe sticks in the room, so not much better. And on the topic of coffee, you cannot have a tea or coffee at the International Buffet restaurant… We were not all inclusive so we paid for the buffet meals when needed, and it was really pricey for small/reasonable eaters: about £30 per adult.

Nice Hotel - Good Facilities - V family focused

Pros: It's a nice hotel in the Palmeraie away from the hustle of the site. Set in gorgeous grounds with nice facilities. For breakfast, there was a nice array of items, and the reception staff was so helpful. In particular, Mouna, Mustafa and Hayat. Youssef, the porter, is also very friendly and kind.

Cons: There was a bit of a mix-up with lunch, and the restaurant manager wasn't the easiest to deal with - but other than her, the trip was very smooth, and the other staff members

Family-friendly, clean and great facilities

Pros: Amazing for kids and family-oriented with many activities. Food is good with different options and staff is very nice. Super clean and well equipped.

Cons: Some items in the room might need an update (bathroom know kept falling off). Also, the lady in charge of pouring tea during breakfast was never smiling and had a grumpy face at all times unlike the rest of the staff. Location is a bit too far from city.
