Great experience for a short stay

Pros: Beautiful property with a gorgeous heated pool that you can actually use in winter, and a beautiful cinema room for epic family moments. Breakfast is also amazing!

Cons: Restaurant was expensive and the quality is very average. It's the biggest downside of this property. Was expecting a complimentary Yoga session but wasn't available during our stay. Hit and misses from staff, service also needs to be reviewed although everyone was kind and attentive. We had a great time but for extended stays, food prices and quality is a big no for me, considering also the property is located away from the city with no real options close by.

Blissfully relaxing stay.

Pros: Upon arrival, we were met by the guest relations manager, who gave us a tour of the hotel and its facilities. We booked a pool villa, (Villa 1) which was amazing and blissfully peaceful. The bird song in the morning was lovely. We spent most of our stay relaxing in the villa's private garden where there was plenty of sun or shade and complete privacy. Having just spent 4 days in Marrakech city, we decided not to use the free shuttle service to the city, and only ventured out to eat in the restaurant and walk around the grounds. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and fluent in many languages. Breakfast choice was extensive and eggs freshly cooked to order in any fashion. The restaurant had a good choice of food (from 2 menus) with an amazing friendly team. The bonus was the entertainment in the restaurant every evening, which was very good.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.
