Friendly hosts & beautiful building in a great peaceful location.

Pros: Beautiful property, well kept and comfortable. The hosts were incredible, so welcoming and friendly. They organised transport to and from airport which made everything seamless. Everyone was so nice & we loved our stay so much! It’s not far away, we could walk everywhere, and it’s in the quiet part of the city which is lovely. Said & Ahmed were brilliant, so lovely and helpful! Breakfast was also really nice

Pros: The staff were extremely attentive, polite, engaging and helpful. The breakfast wad authentic and home made every morning. We were greeted every day politely, no matter the time. The rooms were cleaned every day and even our clothes folded! Amazing Riad with beautiful staff and food.

Pros: Extremely kind and service-oriented staff who truly go the extra mile for their guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great hot shower/bath and thoughtful extras such as free drinking water and small chocolate. The hotel is in a quiet location, about a 10–12 minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna. I loved it here. Thankyou to Ahmed and Said. 😊

Well-located riad, clean comfortable rooms, delicious Moroccan breakfast, and attentive staff

Pros: The riad is located in a very well-maintained building and in a highly convenient area, close to the old city where everything feels truly authentic. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were extremely attentive and always available, especially Said and Ahmed, who made our stay even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic experience in the city.

Wonderful people and food

Pros: The staff was amazingly kind, all of them. The breakfast was exceptional too. we really felt at home during our stay at Riad Beni Sidel. The rooms and common spaces were as beautiful as in the photos, we will definitely come back to this Riad :)

Cons: The only thing is that the room was not adapted for the cold weather and it was freezing during the night, but I think that probably must happen everywhere in the Medina. However, there were many covers and blankets.

Comfortable, friendly and a good location

Pros: Beautiful decor, rooftop terrace and bright, airy courtyard. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty.

Pros: The room is very nicely decorated. The bed was superb and comfortable after an early flight. They were very welcoming and breakfast was delicious

Cons: Location is great for being at the heart of the Medina and close to Koutoubia. If it is your first time in Marrakech, bear in mind it is not accessible by car and you will have to carry your luggage and find your way through the alleys, or otherwise, hire a carrier with a tuk tuk.
