A great hotel to base yourself to experience all Marrakech can offer. Staff very friendly and food was really good

Pros: Great location-lovely restaurants nearby and easy trip to centre.

Cons: Small reception area but worked ok. Long walk to room due to distance from lift.

Exceptional service

Pros: The hotel is clean and the location is amazing. There is a shopping centre next by with everything you may need from food to clothes. The rooms are specious and well equipped.

A comfortable and reliable place to stay while visiting Marrakesh

Pros: Breakfast was good, lots of choice. The hotel is on a local bus route which takes you into the centre. Taxis are plentiful and frequent outside the hotel, no need to book

Cons: The swimming pool is heated to the temperature of a hot bath, not enjoyable for swimming even in February

Pros: Good location, comfortable rooms, courteous but some of the staff is clueless.

Cons: The lift taking the guest to the room is by far the worst I have ever been to.

Comfortable stay in the heart of the city

Pros: If you want to be in the CBD, it is right in the middle of the Main Street. I also really loved the linen and bed, super clean and very comfortable. The staff is really friendly as well. One of the few establishments where you can find an alcoholic beverage if you want one. They have a wide variety of foodstuffs to select for breakfast. The food, also is very fresh. The food at the Lila restaurant was also great.

Cons: It’s a very big hotel, about 166 rooms per floor (over 3 floors) but but the service is relatively good for such a big hotel. Some of the cocktails on the menu were not available due to some ingredient or the other not being available… but this is also the case in most of the restaurants even for shakes, virgin cocktails and ice teas (most places in Marrakesh) but you can survive this as there are many other options that are available.

Pros: The staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. The breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Great Stay

Pros: Lovely staff, good size room overlooking the pool, great food. Hotel was clean I travelled solo, so the location was great as had lots of shops and restaurants around. Modern area which felt safe.

Cons: Very uncomfortable pillows. Also, the mirror light in the bedroom was broken and wouldn't stop flashing.
