Pros: The staff and room 51 view (mountains) is worth a total 10. Location wise, I was fortunate from 5th floor balcony room to be a direct part of the Morocco victor euphoria after Morocco winning soccer cup. A simple breakfast, perhaps, but it goes a long way if you observe stronger than The Observer

A great hotel in a convenient location.

Pros: A great hotel a short walk from the train station and a 40 minute walk to the main square. Helpful staff and a good sized room with a comfortable bed and a good hot shower. They can change money at an excellent rate.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Pros: In a convenient location a short walk to the train station and Supratours bus station. An easy 40 minute walk into the main square. There is a change bureau on site. They very kindly upgraded my room from a single to a very comfortable double. I will definitely return.

Pros: I was very impressed with the service at reception and morning concierge. Everything was good with the exception of the breakfast.

Superb stay and a happpy client!

Pros: The rooms have been recently refurbished and looked more comfortable compared to when I last stayed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided me with valuable information, especially Nadia the receptionist who made me welcomed and dealt with a blocked payment with extreme professionalism. A beautiful lady with a beautiful smile.

Pros: Location was amazing, very central near shops etc. A short walk to the square also the minara mall. Staff were friendly always greeting with a smile. Money exchange next door.

Pleasant experience in a nice hotel

Pros: Very good location in the city center, room was nice and clean. Friendly staff - they helped us with printing our boarding pass for our flight back home.

Cons: As the hotel was in the city center, it was very noisy during the night. However, we knew it before we came from the previous reviews and accepted this, so it's ok. Water used for tea during breakfast was cold.

Pros: Stayed 1 night. Location was good and the room was clean with a decent mattress. Staff was kind. Breakfast was basic but for the overall price you can’t go wrong. Recommended.
