Good quality at great value

Pros: Incredibly friendly staff, genuinely high quality fittings (which is quite unusual in Morocco), very comfortable bed, good location, amazing value.

Cons: The location on the booking.com map was wrong. But no problem.

Pros: We were holidaymakers coming from Switzerland, and the atmosphere made us feel as if we were still in Switzerland—clean, organized, and disciplined. All the hotel staff were extremely kind and polite. The complimentary 15-minute massage was wonderful. Our room had everything we needed. At one point our TV stopped working, but they came and fixed it immediately. They also responded to all our questions and requests instantly via WhatsApp.

Pros: Clean, modern, comfortable, the staff (Mohammad, Imene) was very helpful. Located in the new city, not far away (5 min. walk) from the Train Station, Mcdo, 10 min. taxi to the medina.

Great value for the money we paid; could do with some improvements

Pros: Clean rooms. Good location - 30 minute walk from medina. Good amenities and restaurants around.

Cons: I was expecting more from a 4.9/5 stars on Google. It was clean and it was indeed very cheap for a Hotel in Marrakech, so it was definitely worth it, but it feels like they don’t really try to make you feel comfortable in the hotel. It’s little things - rooms are bare, bathroom was clean but shower was broken, minibar empty, no parking
