I would definitely stay again

Pros: The staff are very friendly. The security guy outside was amazing and helpful.

Cons: No iron and poor lighting in our room

Best option for price, facilities, location and staff.

Pros: Room its nice. They don't have single Queen beds, only singles but they manage to fit something over the 2 beds to look likje one. No issues in sleeping. Breakfast is also nice but lacks in fruit options, but I did enjoy everything.

Lovely environment with shops all around, lots of activities and amazing places nearby too.

Pros: Fresh smoothie and choice of fruit to choose from each day. With different kinds of bread too, the mint tea is always available and I personally enjoy the taste of Moroccan food that is always ready as early as 6:30 am. If you have early activity plan, you will definitely be able to have your breakfast before.

Cons: The carpet needs to be replaced!

Friendly Staff but Needs Attention to Detail

Pros: Exceptional Hospitality: The staff members were generally very kind and helpful. The local people in Marrakech are incredibly welcoming, which was reflected in the service. Housekeeping: The room cleaning was consistent, and fresh towels were provided every single day.

Cons: Poor Lighting: The lighting in the room is significantly below acceptable levels. It was so dim that it was difficult to see items inside the wardrobe. ​Bathroom Maintenance: * The trash bins are emptied daily, but liners/bags are never replaced inside them. ​The toilet brush was extremely old and completely worn out—it looked like it hadn't been replaced in years. These are details management should notice without being asked. ​Lack of Communication: I was not given sufficient information about the hotel facilities. I was surprised to discover there was a swimming pool only on my final day. Furthermore, there was no guide on how to contact the front desk; I had to ask a staff member to find out that \

Pros: The location was very good, safe area, close to the train station, perfectly close to Plaza Gueliz. The staff was helpful.

Cons: The internet connection was pretty low.

Pros: My boyfriend and I are very appreciative for the staff for our warm welcome to Morocco! Two people stood out and made our trip a lot easier with their guidance and tips for the city! Zouhair and hussein were great people I will remember them for their great hospitality! The room was great it had a lot of space along with a mini balcony. Only thing that was a downside is that we had weak wifi signal from our room the whole trip so that was a bit of an inconvenience when trying to be on your phone. Also a little noisy with the street noises but for us that wasn’t a massive problem, just a thing to look out for. Overall a satisfied stay!:) A lot of options to choose from for breakfast, staffs and cleaners are very welcoming and hardworking. Near the hotel theres a lot of restaurants/cafe, cash machine, convenient store, etc.

Cons: Everything was amazing , just the lighting inside the room was a bit dark, and the wifi couldnt reach us to our floor (5th floor)
