The staff were very welcoming and it was very good lovation nothing was bad.

Pros: I had the most lovely room in this hotel with a gorgeous view of the pool from the balcony, two cosy beds and a powerful warm shower. Huge choice at breakfast and such a peaceful atmosphere everywhere. My room was also ready early which was a huge help to me as I could freshen up before I began exploring. Big TV also with chromecast available, I didn't have the chance to use but wish I did! Incredible value for money.

Cons: There is little I didn't like to be quite honest. Maybe if it was a bit closer to the city centre as I did have to get the bus in and out which didn't bother me in the slightest but maybe for other travellers it could be an inconvenience, but I did book the accommodation knowing its location.

Pros: Me and my husband had an amazing stay at Imperial Holiday Hotel & Spa. The staff were absolutely wonderful—very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The location is excellent, very accessible and close to the city centre, with easy access from Marrakech Airport, which made travelling stress-free. The food was really good, with great quality and variety, and we were treated extremely well throughout our stay. The wellness centre was a lovely bonus, especially the hammam bath, which was a truly relaxing experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Good hotel and friendly staff

Pros: We didn’t have breakfast as we get up late , hotel is clean, very convenient as it’s situated in gilez. Staff are very helpful.

Cons: Only thing that needs improving was the bathroom as it was a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment.

Pros: Great stay. Beautiful hotel. Great food. Very reasonably priced . In a great location . Handy to train ststion too . Within walking distances to nice bars restaurants & shopping. We just used Google maps from our location on phone . . Would definitely stay again. Xx

Realy nice hotel and staff

Pros: The hotel is in a very good area close to the train and bus station there are many nice cafe and restaurants within minutes of the front entrance .The hotel has a lovely secluded pool ideal to cool down in the heat ,the bus no1 is 5 mins walk away that will take you to the medina for 4 dirrams Overall a realy good place
