Everything is good and clean except the cigarette smell everywhere.

Pros: The room was sparkling clean, especially the bathroom. No hair or dirt, floor was clean and bath tub was clean too. Comfortable bed. Clean linen Breakfast was good, just didn’t have something meaty but it was good still. Doorman was very nice, he helped us get a taxi.

Cons: The cigarette smell throughout the hotel, from the moment we entered the hotel. Couldn’t sleep without covering the nose because there was so much cigarette smell in our room from the rooms nearby. Lasted almost the whole night

Pros: The staff are polite and cheerful. The hotel is in the heart of Gueliz and it has retained it s art deco ambience

Pros: The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly, proactive, and clearly well-trained, making the stay all the more enjoyable. The property is ideally located in the heart of Gueliz, providing easy access to Marrakech's main landmarks, restaurants, and shops. The suite was spacious and offered a pleasant view of the pool — a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. I was also impressed by the high-speed internet, which made it easy to stay connected and manage work tasks during my vacation. Overall, a great option for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Marrakech.

Cons: It can be tricky to park next to the hotel if you travel by car but the staff is always happy to support find a spot.

Pros: Good location, plenty of restaurants around, and about 30 min walk to the medina. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

Cons: People were obviously smoking cigarettes in their rooms, and you could smell the smoke.

I love this place

Pros: Very clean, professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was good but could have done with a variety of juices rather than one juice only and maybe some brown sliced bread with a toaster. Overall I would stop here again.

Cons: No dislikes, all spot on.

The Nassim was a great base to explore the city from.

Pros: The location was great with many restaurants and shops nearby and the Medina in walking distance about 30 minutes as are the YSL gardens. We were also able to walk there in 20 minutes from the train station.

Cons: I would have preferred a shower that didn’t require getting in and out of a bath without handrails.

Very nice and relaxing, very central location

Pros: The bed was bery confortable and the room very clean. The staff was also very nice and effective.

Pros: Very comfortable room - quiet with good WiFi. The pool and the bar area were a veritable oasis in Marrakech. Excellent value.

Cons: We would have liked more plug sockets in the room. Also there was no fridge.
